I add a protein (grilled chicken) and I also add cucumber and always go with the tomato basil wrap. I also really like the Power Panini when I want something warm. I've tried three of their smoothies - Matcha Madness, Power Protein, and The Dragon and the Power Protein is probably number one for me. I always add dates and sub any juice blend for coconut water.
