Dr. Pang and the staff at Full Circle have never been nothing but responsive, helpful, and accessible. I never had a consistent PCP until I started going here and I'm grateful because it turns out I have an autoimmune disease that the doctor caught super early, avoiding life threatening complications that can develop if goes unchecked. Healthcare in general is really frustrating in our country ... but going to see my doctor is not.

I had an appointment on April 11 with Ryan Brison to review labs. An abnormality was detected in the urinalysis for which Ryan wrote a script for an antibiotic to be picked up at my local pharmacy in Taos. He also had me provide another sample, which I did. Not receiving any results or a call , I called and was told by the receptionist that the "manager" would review the results and have Ryan call me. No call . I called once again , and spoke to Trucco, who was quite unhelpful and in fact was "rude" himself. He denied that there was a second sample taken. His listening skills are far from a professional standard needed in a medical practice. I received a letter from him today, claiming that I was "again" rude and threaten to terminate me from the practice. There was no previous interaction. Rather then offering an apology, i was presented with denial and offered to return to Sante Fe for another sample. He never even considered suggesting that a referral could be made to Holy Cross hospital and easily obtained by your practice. I highly resent his unprofessional conduct, while also noticing no CC. to the DR. Kingston. I would recommend a disciplinary action. I wish to make it clear that this is not directed to Ryan, just Mr. Trucco's conduct

I had already consulted a number of doctors in New York and Santa Fe, but was unable to find a solution that managed my issue satisfactorily. Unlike the other doctors, Dr. Wright explored the condition more thoroughly and monitored my progress on a broad spectrum antibiotic which managed the condition successfully for many years. His efforts made a dramatic improvement in my overall health and contributed to my having a much happier and more successful life than I would have had otherwise. With the advent of more powerful antibiotics as the years passed, my condition was eventually resolved completely. However, without the dedicated interest and effort Dr. Wright applied to my issue, I would have lived a couple of decades at half speed. I beleive he is the type of caring doctor one is looking for in a family physician, one who is careful in finding the right answer to a patient's needs.

I received a bill for $850, that eventually went to collections, because SWC wouldn't submit the required paperwork to BlueCross. This went on for nearly a year and the office manager/billing guy, Leo, was completely useless. In fact, at some point I realized he was vindictive and purposefully not submitting the documents. Staff in the office warned me about him and said he could easily solve my case by sending in a preauthorization form. They said he's mean spirited, vengeful, and inept, and the staff are afraid of him because he has some ownership in the practice?! In the end I was able to get BC to pay for the test but the extended hassles I went through, unprofessional behavior, vindictiveness, and incompetence of this organization should not be tolerated by their board.

Maybe she was having a bad day. As a licensed therapist, I have had clients in high stress jobs that find they have "bad days" frequently, I hope the best for her.

So I called Family Practice Santa Fe 2015 Galisteo St. to help me get my records signed by a professional on the new form. Terrible mistake, the receptionist were INCREDIBLY RUDE. They wanted to charge me full price just for doing some paperwork. According to them they talked to the Doctor Fletcher Christopher, called me back and told me the total amount would be $200. The same auto pilot answer they had given me before. That is what they charge for the Immigration Medical Examination anyways. They take advantage of the people's need to get this things done. This is obviously a business to him, talking over the phone with this people was an awful experience. Made me lose my time.

The staff at the counter and the nurse who took my weight and blood pressure were extremely kind, helpful, and professional. They showed me to my room and I waited around 5 minutes before Dr. Fletcher arrived. When he entered the room, he looked me up and down and said "cut off pants, beat up combat boots, and tattoos? What happened to you?" He then proceeded to question me on my tattoos and why I have them. I was showing obvious signs of being uncomfortable and tried to change the subject multiple times but he wouldn't relent. Eventually, I was able to change the topic to the reason for my visit, but only after being forced to explain why I have my tattoos. I proceeded to tell Dr. Fletcher why I was seeing him, which was a suspected food sensitivity that led me to being nauseous and having acne breakouts on my face. When I told him of my suspected allergy/sensitivity, his reaction was extremely judgmental. Every time I was able to get a word in and explain my reasoning for correlating my food sensitivity with acne breakouts and nausea, Dr. Fletcher would scoff and tell me I was wrong, that it was unreasonable for me to have the feelings that I do, and insinuate that I was an imbecile for having the insecurities and beliefs that I had. Our conversation eventually led to the topic of hormones and I was curious if there was anything I could do in my lifestyle or diet to change or balance my hormones to wrangle in my acne. He proceeded to make a blatantly transphobic joke which made me extremely uncomfortable and was very offensive. He then went on to explain his transphobic beliefs to me. Dr. Gollub is personal and his office is nice, but in chatting about his own personal life, I should not be penalized in my own time and money. Dr Gollub told me he had four patients waiting after me. There appeared to be no one in the exam rooms or the waiting room as I left. It was however noon and perhaps his lunch time. I am hoping to find a better family practice doc who can also remove minor skin lesions. I think the quality of this practice has unfortunately declined. Really loved it initially.

As an established patient, I'm able to express both the specifics and quantity of my concern about my maladies and he has always addressed them appropriately: sometimes with further tests, sometimes with immediate treatment, sometimes with referral to a specialist (he is a G.P.). Over the years he has suggested yoga, prescribed physical therapy, herbal supplements and acupuncture as well as the standard western medicine repertoire for various ailments. If you're looking for a long-term family medicine relationship, this is a good place. If you're looking for a doctor who will leap quickly to untested conclusions, look elsewhere.

She listens to me, we speak to each other as colleagues. When I ask questions, she answers me AND on one occasion told me she did not know about something but that she would RESEARCH it and get back to me... and she did! We operate on a platform of mutual respect. She is a caring professional and she knows that I am a responsible patient. When she prescribes something, I ask her what is it? Why do I need it? Will it interact with other medications? How do I help it to work correctly? We are partners with the same goal in mind, my health. That is the way it SHOULD be.
