This receptionist has absolutely no heart and no compassion and she should not work in the medical field at all or with customers. I decided to call kaiser because they are my normal insurance provider and they were shocked at how my cut was cleaned. They thought I did it myself. I told my primary care doctor that I had just left another doctor and he didn't believe me. I would tell you to avoid this place, but I hear that many large companies in the high desert use them for things like drug testing and preemployment physicals. So we can't really avoid this place.
