Compassionate Cancer Care saved my son's life! My son was diagnosed with Non Hodgkin Lymphoma right when his father passed away from Huntington's Disease which my son has also. My son went through six months chemo, and I can only say in honest the hand of God was there the entire time. And the vessels that have Compassion at Compassionate Cancer Care Center EVERYONE SIMPLY AMAZING! Dr. Raowas the most caring doctor we have experienced! His plan and treatment I won't go into detail here, because I believe every patient perhaps has different routes, nevertheless the treatment gain my son his life! My son's is now in full remission, living his life, and the entire team at Compassionate Cancer Care I pray that they and their families be blessed a 1000's x folds! Because we were...

My aunt had chemo here. Everyone was very nice to her and to me. From the first appointment to her last appointment. They treated her like she was family. I will always remember the care they gave to aunt. Words cannot express my gratitude.

Excellent care. The nurses in chemo are especially alert to my needs and attentive without being intrusive.

By the way, these are just the highlights I had 2 appointments canceled because I hadn't had lab work done. However, I was told that when I started the chemo, I would have to have weekly lab. I hadn't started chemo yet...they hadn't even ordered the chemo pills, so why would I have had lab work done? With that being said, the nausea medication was ordered in January and back on the shelf at the pharmacy in April when the chemo pills were finally prescribed. So, I had nausea medication, no chemo....I had chemo pills, no nausea medication. My first appointment was in January. It is now April and I finally can start my chemo pills. After 2 1/2 days I was experencing terrible side effects. I previously had a double by pass and now I had all the symptoms of a heart attack. This happened several times in the next 2 days. I called the office 4 times, leaving messages and asking for a call back. To this day (6/3/2026) no one has ever called me back. I ended up in the Emergency Room. I changed medical groups so I could change doctors.

I waited to post them only because it really does take time to settle in and for all of the swelling to fully disappear and I wanted to give credit where credit is due. My total experience at Loma Linda University plastic surgery with Dr. Gupta and staff was nothing less than perfect, I mean every single aspect of it from the initial consultation thru today and I say that because Ive had to delay my second procedure due to illness and also because I wanted to lose some weight before my tummy tuck is performed to achieve the best results possible. September will be here before I know it. Im super excited and nervous only because Im a chicken about being put to sleep Ill be honest lol. Id like to mention that my eyes and face were performed under local and mild sedation, yes I was awake very calm and I felt nothing. My recovery was also painless. The worst part for me was having to wear the neck/head strap for 6 weeks but I did it. Im 58 yrs young and have 6 grown children, so its my time to do me!!! Ill be sure to follow up here after my procedure to share my results. Thanks again to everyone at Dr. Guptas office.

My consultation was extremely thorough and Dr. Kim was completely engaged and generous with his time. After surgery, Dr. Kim was, and continues to be invested in my recovery and available to answer all of my questions. My recovery has been pain free, uneventful and way faster than I anticipated! Georgia, the nurse, is phenomenal. Her knowledge, experience and bedside manner is exactly what everyone needs the day of surgery! She did my Botox at my follow up appointment - and no surprise she excelled here also. I could not be happier with choosing Dr. Kim. He is located 90 minutes away from me, so I had a little hesitation, but it was WELL WORTH the extra drive. I can't wait to go back for phase 2 of my mommy makeover!

Since this was during the covid pandemic, I was allowed to go in only for the initial consultation and for her first infusion. They have a great covid protocol in place, so we never felt nervous about her visits. During the initial consult, Dr. Reese spent a long time with us, explaining in detail about the cancer and about what to expect during the treatments. He drew pictures and wrote key words on some sheets of paper we were able to take home and study. We felt he really cared about her outcome. They have a web portal for communication that allowed us to submit questions and usually had Dr. Reese or a staff member get back to us that same day. They were also great at working through insurance issues with us. We never felt overlooked or ignored, and my wife said all of the front office staff and nurses were kind and helpful. Unlike restaurant reviews where you end it by saying "I can't wait to come back!", well, I'll say we do feel comfortable continuing to see Dr. Reese for follow-ups, and should a similar need arise in the future, UCLA Health And Dr. Reese will likely be the first place we ask for!

Two things I don't like so far is 1. I was told by the Doctors nurse I can not refuse to have a student come in. I have never ever heard that before as I have in the past and recently refused. I've normally been asked if it's ok if a student comes in but here you have no say so! & they don't even have the decency to ask if it's ok! I really don't like that and it may make me change offices again because I'm really not comfortable with that. I understand what a student is and does but I still don't want it. 2. I was told by the clinic manager over the phone that Dr. Natalie Rivera is refusing to perform my surgery because she thinks my behavior at the hospital was inappropriate, so apparently getting upset about receiving inappropriate and inadequate care is inappropriate to her. I think that failing to provide a 30 minute surgery in a timely manner, failing to show empathy and respect, and then not only failing to follow up with me but also refusing to perform my surgery AT ALL is what's inappropriate. That and Fernando Reyes's lack of empathy and adequate assistance. This is American healthcare in Riverside for you. I wasn't even referred to a different surgery provider or given a conversation. Since she wants to deny me healthcare, she should say it to my face. This has been an awful experience and I deserve better.

However, today was my absolute last straw. A large number of the office staff here are unknowledgeable, unprofessional and immature. 1. I've called on several occasions asking questions, and the person on the phone constantly puts me on hold to ask someone else, then returns back to the phone with some regurgitated answer. I've also received answers/responses over the phone from one staff member, and then receive a totally different answer/response in person at the office. 2. At one point, I called and asked about submitting a continuity of care form, and the girl had me slowly enunciate "continuity" over the phone and spell it out for her so she could ask someone else about it (what it is, what to do with it, etc). From that interaction alone, I felt less than confident with the office staff handling my questions, forms, file, etc. 3. I received call that my continuity of care form (that was filled out, signed and submitted by this office and approved with an authorization code by insurance almost 2 months ago) was not being recognized and that my final appointment (mind you I'm in the middle of treatment and do not have another doctor to take over my treatment yet) cannot be fulfilled. I asked the staff member about the continuity of care form, and she said "We're not submitting those for anybody." Completely dumbfounded, I explained that my form was already submitted from the office and I have approval for this last visit before I see a new doctor (because I'm in the middle of blood tests, ultrasounds, and prescriptions). I received zero empathy from the staff members regarding my concerns of why the form is suddenly not being recognized. She was wholly unprofessional with her responses. My overall experience was subpar here, at best. Staff can truly make or break your experience, and in this case, completely broke all of my interactions with this office. The only positive comment I can confidently leave about this office is that the chairs in the waiting room are comfortable.

When I got there, they told me I hadn't done the labs the Dr had ordered. I inquired as to why I wasn't notified of the labs at the first visit , there answer was " well we must've had a student who put you in the room and she didn't enter your specific lab you use into the computer " . When I ask about why there was no follow-through on this why no one called me to inquire about why I hadn't had the labs before my appointment, they said oh we don't do that. No one wanted to take accountability and they couldn't explain the process of how these things are normally done. It sounds like computers run this office, not thinking responsible people. The nurse practitioner I saw (when I had scheduled an appointment with the Dr) spent only 6 minutes with me informing me "all the results of my previous colonoscopy was normal) something the Dr told me after the procedure.
