EverDry is unfortunately not a great organization to do business with. They offer poor repairs, poor judgement, and poor quality of work overall. They tend to take many shortcuts, and create excuses for labor practices and tell the customer he or she is in the wrong. I do not recommend you to spend your money with this business. They do not fix the solution. They only put a bandaid on the issue. Please consider other alternatives before wasting your money on them. Response to owner: Talking about more than enough grace? If the job was done correctly then we wouldn't have had your company come out several times to fix the ongoing issues. I have given you enough time to get it right. I lost trust with your poor judgement and quality of labor. I would not allow you into my home any longer since the job is botched. It's great to put the blame into the previous owner and not take accountability, this shows the true colors of the organization. I truly enjoyed being misled when I was informed that the walls were not injected by your organization but in the paperwork it was paid for, and your employees said that they injected the walls. Don't lie to the customer. Please be more prepared.

I was disappointed with the results of this service. It did not live up to the quoted results. PM, Delta, OH

Salesman answered several questions with lies. Job was just finished this month, have had no rain and my basement floor is wet. Do not use this company.

I'm holding the pamphlet or owners manual as he's pointing to the contract. he evidently has the owners manual memorized because he was pointing at the contract like he was going down a list and saying all the things from the owners manual that they were going to do. I have never had to do anything like this before and this is a big company. So i was basically gullible and trusting assuming this is just how things are done. Anyway I paid the deposit and they ended up doing the work. It was a crew of people and i didn't want to be in the way so i didn't stand there and watch them. They got done in a day. And i looked in my basement and I asked why they didn't redo the ledge in the room. The worker says we weren't told to do that. They didn't treat for mold. They didn't dig down and seal the foundation. So when I called I was informed that none if this was in the contract. I went and got my contract and looked expecting to see it. Because the salesman said it when he was pointing at the contract. None of the stuff he said was in the contract. He just pointed and recited the memorized owners manual. Then at first glance the basement did look better. The lead guy of the job wanted an immediate review before I had a chance to fully inspect the job. The bottom of my wall looked like an accordion the trench they dug was so crooked and jagged I thought I definitely got screwed. When I complained I was met with almost a whiny attitude. But we'll have to tear it back up. I think i said something like I don't know how thats my problem. Anyway they did fix that. But the stablwall they put up they cut out around a rotted door frame. You would have thought they would have removed it or at least asked if I would remove it. Then some of the walls look like they gave a toddler scissors and told them to do their best. then other places look like they just took extra thick white trash bags and taped it on the wall. They ran a drain line across the center of my basement floor from my central air to the trench they installed instead of the trench right beside my unit. They did come back and fix that. When i complained about how my basement looks after the salesman showed me the manual and told me my basement would look like this. I was told that that just shows a product they sell. I can't expect my basement to look like that. I say are you kidding me. That was one of your selling points. i had a leak when I called them and is still leaking to this day. They were actively trying to stop the leak. They put a hole in the bottom of my wall and let water run from it for several days. They said they ran a camera into a pipe that runs out to my alley and they dug down and capped and filled it. when it dried u a little they patched over the hole. and covered it with that stablwall. it's still leaking 5 years later. i complained about the leak and told them I thought it was washing away the dirt under my house because when it rains my pump never stops. they sent a guy to look and when he removed the stablwall he said oh there's a crack they never fixed. no this is a new crack. Anyway he patched it and my pump didn't run for several days. Then all of a sudden it started leaking again. my leak has never been fixed. the owner or manager whoever he is tells me oh you don't want that water sitting outside your foundation. You want it to flow and relieve the pressure. Nobody wants active flowing water running through their foundation. Bottom line. Worse waterproofing company ever. Their salesman is a liar.these pics are how my basement looks today. %100 their work. I had nothing to do with this craftsmanship. oh and I had all my gutters replaced because I had a new roof put on. Who wouldn't for an extra $250? They are trying to say that I had them replaced because they were im such bad condition. I never said they were. they are telling me I need to do better maintenance on my basement. The window they ran out of trim for so they just used tape. the mud on my wall their guy put there.

There were a couple rips in the material, the taping on the seams between sheets zigzagged; and this is on the factory cut edge that's perfectly straight. They used the spray foam to adhere the tarp to the cinderblocks. Some spots have huge spray foam globs that sank and pushed the material out creating air gaps. The only way that can happen is there is a critical shortage of fasteners holding the material up, I've seen less than 10 on the whole job so far. There are spots where the spray foam looks like melted cheese, its disgusting. The entire area has a layer of dirt and hundreds of spray foam turds along the walls. The two 'doors' they put on for $1000 were 2x4 and pvc board with 2 screws, absolutely unacceptable. When I called to talk to the crew they said they had swept out the area, I laughed and hung up on those liars. There is numerous work material trash left under there including a 2 tank spray foam setup. They also spray foamed 2 interior walls that were not part of the work plan and didn't need it. I had the supervisor come out to take a look and he pointed out more things wrong and said this needed to get made right. Guess someone forgot to write something down because when the next crew came to make repairs, they didn't have the materials they needed cause it wasn't written on the work service order thing. It's a month later and I still haven't received any before or after photos from them of their work but boy am I glad I went down there and took my own. I know it can be grueling work, but for something that is supposed to bring peace of mind about your home, this has been a nightmare. If you need go with anyone else

But I had trouble with them from the moment they started work and just could not get them to make right the problems they caused. I was highly disappointed in how they took care of my property- underselling the disruption it would cause. In Reading the Manuel for the humidex it appears they did not properly install it.
