I guess I originally booked a space on the second floor when I made the online reservation, and so Juan was super nice and made the arrangements when I requested to change to a unit on the first floor, which was awesome still at a good rate too. I wasn't ready to move any belongings in yet, but he drove me to where my unit was located, showed me how the lock works, and also how to utilize the app to my convenience!

Called customer service and was told they are only able to adjust the payment costs one time during the duration of the unit being rented so expect a rent increase every year which is at least 20%. Thought you could do better than that StorQuest. I thought you were better than the bigger brand competitors. Time to move my belongings with another company. Paying over $400 for one unit space (12 x 14') is too much for this economy.

Please do yourself a favor, do NOT rent a storage here at all cost. It is barely four months of…read morerenting a storage, and they sent a $100 increase for the succeeding months. I spoke to a lady and said that they can do the increase based on the web rate. It doesn't matter the rate you originally got it. In addition, there are definitely homeless people living in the units. They obviously are not doing anything about it either. UPDATE 6/11: Tried to call them based on their response but nothing. It's been two weeks and no return call from the manager. They just respond to these reviews for show. They have no intentions of resolving the issue.
