I arrived mid day Monday and was greater by the lovely Britney and manger Paul. My experiences here was amazing. No gimmick or bs. Honest quality service exceeded my expectation. The facility is very clean and very safe. 24 hour camera monitoring all floors and hallways. I understand why Paul has great reviews because of how he manages his establishment. Been with them 7 years and they have been very easy to work with! PROS They are very good in notifying when the property will not be open for business (e.g. repaving the parking lot, etc.) Units are down long brightly lit halls. Doors are easy to open/roll up. As for the storage unit itself, we need to bring our own light, like a large flashlight or two. Rental increase is about every 1.5-2yrs. About $25. CONS: The Anaheim parking lot is small. They do not allow POD's, at all. You have to sign in to get your lock key You have to sign out to return your lock key No use of their dumpster allowed. read more
