Tustin Self Storage has been an amazing experience. We moved earlier last year and needed a place to store our items from our garage since we were losing that in our move. They are conveniently located from our new home. It is super easy to access to your belongings when needed and the staff is super friendly. They even drove their truck to our previous home so we could move our belongings from our old garage to the storage facility which made it super convenient to get it done in 1 trip versus multiple. This is such a great spot. Multiple selections at a decent price. The staff are so very helpful and friendly. On the last visit, Eric was so friendly, professional, and immensely helpful. I rented and had to go back, but it is a large facility. He was patient and took time to help me find my way. Knee issues and climbing the stairs took a minute. Ha. Never rented a storage unit before in my life. I walked up to Pouch Self Storage with a lot of questions & got as many answers as I needed! Jacob calmly walked me through the entire sign-up process and explained everything to me with complete transparency. Wendy & Jacob are both friendly faces and made my initial experience a pleasure. The space on the second floor was indoor access, air conditioned, accessible by stairs with freight elevators. The place looked nearly spotless inside. Felt very clean & professional overall. I had a unit here for a little over 2 years and would definitely recommend this storage company. My rent luckily never increased, but even if it did, it would be lower than competitors. I always felt safe coming here and knew my stuff would be safe as well. They are not open 24/7 and you must go through the front office to get your unit's key, sign in, and turn off your alarm (maybe doesn't work for everyone, but I saw these as safeguards). Only call-out I have is that my unit was on the second floor and it got warm on hot days. read more

This is by far the best, cleanest, safest and Jacob and Wendy were the friendliest. They offer a truck to transport all of your items! Not to mention they offer 12ft ceilings along with 8ft ceilings as options. We toured a couple storage unit places and pouch offered a more consistent experience with no hidden fees! read more

Shannon and Eric were the absolute best duo to help us with every question/concern we had. We were moving from one storage location to this one and getting everything from our old one to the current one went as smoothly as possible. I loved the ease of access to the carts and elevators and it was even more welcoming to have such kind people to talk to. Safety is also something I prioritize and the location itself was very safe. I couldn't recommend this location more to store personal belongings. Giant plus was a very clean bathroom available. Moving took us a while and it became very handy to be able to stay hydrated. Jacob helped me close out my account as I emptied my storage unit after almost 7 years utilizing Pouch Self Storage in Tustin. The staff, including Shannon (and April, who moved on to other work) and Robert, have been helpful and professional consistently throughout my time with Pouch Storage. The facility is always clean and well maintained. There was no dust on my furniture or boxes after several years in storage: really remarkable. Hours of access are good. Three bay doors are enough and the hand carts were always available and properly maintained. I wish they had air conditioning for the summers. They always had a clean bathroom available to their customers. If I need storage space again, there's no where else I'm gonna look or go! read more
