Very Friendly, and Very Sincere people at Paris! After months of looking for my dream car, I finally found her in a little town called Paris. Not only my dream car, but the best price for value mustang within 500 miles! I made the 3 1/2 drive from Waco, and it was it was a short, simple, process. Nobody trying to shove warranties and extra fees into your face. The car was immaculate and I didn't feel cheated. THEN THEY SENT ME A GIFT BOX IN THE MAIL. With a "Paris" Mug, Cap, a local coffee brand, bottle opener and a box of cookies. I was totally blown away! Thank for the best car buying experience I've literally ever had. Thank you Andy, and Logan

Not sure where I start. I literally just purchased this car on 04/26, David (the salesman) was great, very personable and responsive, however there was some room for opportunity and I didn't really care for this process. I've been in the automotive business for about 10 years and have worked for several brands so I am very familiar with this process. To be on the other side of the table with the experience I had was a bit shocking. First off, they did a price switch. I came in to the dealership after they dropped the price $500 in which I'd initially asked for over the phone and was told there was no negotiation. Then I bring it to their attention and somehow they made the numbers work for my budget however the price of the vehicle was still $34700 vs the $34200 online. Since they made the numbers work I didn't really complain but mentally notated. Secondly, I was told that this vehicle had a second key and as we are to the final steps I was informed that the vehicle only comes with one key...strike two(mental note). I kept things calm and moved on until I was fed up.. Lastly, after signing papers and returning to pick up the vehicle. I drove home back to Dallas, maybe 15 miles later I notice the wheel alignment is off. I reached out to the sales man in which I received a response of an offer for $100 check. I respectfully declined, called in to speak with a sales manager. I was then offered the alignment I originally asked for however, was told that I would need to drive 2 hours all the way back to their dealership to get this done and drive 2 hours back. Then I get home and notice the daytime running lamp on the passenger side is completely out...COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! The things I asked this dealership for were very straight forward and reasonable request as a consumer. All in all, I like the vehicle and wish I could have purchased it from a dealership who had a bit more experience in building a client relationship. (Ps..The finance guy (JT) was great and made the paperwork process seamless)

    Incompetent

Spend the extra 2 hours and go to Dallas for decent service and better pricing. Higher prices, awful customer service, and takes advantage of not having local competition are reasons enough to drive to anywhere else. J.T. Thompson and Chris Pickerill should be fired for their incompetence and basic understanding of customer service. Truck broke down with 6k miles yet I'd still consider it a better performer than those two wastes of payroll.

    2018 Chevrolet Corvette

I brought my 2018 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray to the service department for a simple diagnostic and an o2 sensor change. After receiving the call that my vehicle was ready I arrived and was told the vehicle was not ready yet. During this time a salesman approached me and asked me about trading my vehicle in and I allowed them to appraise my vehicle. They then drove my Corvette down the road in less that favorable conditions and wrecked it. Not only did they spin it off the roadway, they hit a telephone 20 yards from the roadway and split it in HALF. The GM then invited me into his office and asked me if there was a vehicle on the lot that caught my interest. My answer being the only sports car on the lot, a used 2SS Camaro worth half the price of the Corvette I got a month ago. The GM immediately turned down the offer of it being my "loaner vehicle" even though the dealership did not have any loaner vehicles on hand. Instead they handed me the keys to a more expensive pickup truck with NO GAS IN IT that was straight off the lot and would not change their mind about loaning me a sports car after they wrecked mine. I will never shop here nor bring my vehicle here for any reason whatsoever and I firmly believe that no one else should either.

I sent in my car to have the timing chain replaced and went ahead and got the Diagnostics to be sure. I worked with Austin and service for many days he was always really nice. But when I called Austin on the day that he said the car would be ready he told me there's been a problem there's metal inside the engine and we need to get you a $6,000 new engine I declined. Then he said they could put the timing chain on and run a balloon test to make sure the pistons were ok and This would cost me $1500; I declined and said i would pay the $270 for their diagnostic and send a tow to pick it up, to which AUSTIN said ' ok i think you made the right choice' and proceeded to tell me about the good cars their dealership had and when i mentioned bad credit here told me about PAC ( Paris Auto Connection) and their good deals on used cars. When i told him i was ready to get the car towed he said ' WELL GIVE ME A DAY TO PUT EVERYTHING BACK TOGETHER AND PUSH IT OUT OF THE GARAGE SO THEY CAN TOW IT' to which I said ok. Got my car towed back home today in PIECES!!! Lights and car parts falling off of it and my interior is shredded!!! Called the dealership, AUSTIN acts like he's done nothing wrong, speak to the SERVICE MANAGER (forgot his name but will post it when I remember) who starts listing EVERYONE ELSE that could have caused this problem, and offering to tow it back to see the issue ( uh DECLINED) before finally asking what I wanted. I stated simply, my money back and then he'd starts with the semantics, like putting a dollar amount on each broken item, but he got excited when I mentioned this review and pictures. By then, I was done with the conversation and on my way to this review. Pictures included

UPDATE - do NOT recommend. Update 6/19/26:…read more After everything that happened with the vehicle I purchased from Paris Nissan, I attempted to resolve the situation reasonably and in good faith. I offered to settle for only half of the financial loss I incurred from the significant loss in value of the vehicle and even offered to remove my negative reviews because I appreciated that they had at least shown some willingness to stand behind their customer and try to help make things right. Unfortunately, communication has now stopped completely. Despite my efforts to reach a fair resolution, I am no longer receiving responses. What has disappointed me most is not that a vehicle had serious issues--problems can happen with any manufacturer. It's how a dealership chooses to treat a customer when those problems occur. When things went wrong, I tried to work collaboratively toward a solution. Instead, I was ultimately ignored. If you're considering doing business with Paris Nissan, understand that the true test of a dealership is not how they treat you when they're making a sale, but how they treat you when there's a problem afterward. Based on my experience, once things became difficult, communication ceased and I was left to deal with the consequences on my own. I hope other consumers will take this into consideration when deciding where to purchase a vehicle. Update approx 6/10/26: I am retracting the positive review I previously left for this dealership. When I originally purchased my *brand new* Nissan from this dealership, I had a positive experience and left a favorable review. Unfortunately, my experience after developing serious issues with the vehicle has completely changed my opinion. The vehicle experienced repeated repair attempts for the same safety defect (the first one less than a month after having it) and spent over 30 days out of service. When I ultimately returned it to the dealership (after owning it barely five months) because the defect happened again, both the salesperson and finance manager acknowledged that they believed something was wrong with it and stated that they would not be reselling it on their lot. Despite those statements, the dealership significantly undervalued the vehicle during the trade-in (approximately $10k) process rather than treating it in a manner consistent with its lemon law history. I was also told there was nothing the dealership could do regarding the situation and was encouraged to sign paperwork that, as I later learned, affected my ability to seek relief through Nissan corporate with them saying the only remedy was through the dealership. So both pointed fingers. What is most disappointing is that I trusted this dealership because I had purchased the vehicle from them and had been a satisfied customer. Instead of helping a customer who was dealing with a vehicle that had ongoing serious issues, I was steered toward a transaction that cost me a significant loss. My advice to other consumers is to thoroughly research their rights before returning a vehicle with significant repair history and not assume the dealership will explain all available options. For these reasons,I am withdrawing my previous positive review and can no longer recommend this dealership. Original post: This was THE easiest car buying experience I've ever had. They worked with me, were quick to respond, were upfront about pricing; financing was NOT pushy which was VERY appreciated, and they even delivered the car TO me. Fantastic, 5 star service!

Had an appointment to look at the vehicle at 10:00 a.m. Just before we arrived, another customer was looking at the same vehicle. Since we had an appointment locked in, the dealership wouldn't let the vehicle go until we had a chance to look at it and do a test drive. Raheem was a pleasure to work with during our transaction, and Rickey did right by us when it came to the numbers. My only caution is: you might want to take a book or e-reader with you while waiting for all of the paperwork to be done. When we take the vehicle in for service, will leave a review for that department. We are very happy though, with the customer service we received buying the vehicle.

Staff at Mathews are unfazed by this, stating "sent check, don't know why lienholder hasn't processed" and that has been the extent of help they have been. Senior management for Mathews has been given written notice of this issue and fact my lienholder is hounding me continually for payment on a vehicle I traded to Mathews a month prior. And said vehicle has even sitting for sale on Honda lot since that time. No response at this time from Mathews management on this issue or how they plan to address it. So the 1 star is strictly there because it has to be there to post review- no stars at all for this dealership-beware of any sales transaction with them. I will update my rating if they do resolve this issue.
