The owner was working when we were there and she criticized Terri in front of eveyone. First thing she admonished her for was the way she was bagging our purchases. Next was the way she was folding our clothes. Never, never "scold" an associate or team member in front of people (customers, etc.). She was very unprofessional and rude. Frankly we don't understand why Terri works there with her. We felt so sorry fpr Terri. Again, Terri knows her stuff and was fun to work with. The owner...maybe she needed to stay home. They also checked out clothes in my order that I given back that were the wrong size. Cashier didn't notice more than one size was charged to me of the same item?? They told me I had to come back to bring items they mistakenly put in my bag and would not get reimbursed unless I did. It's 1 1/2 hours round trip for me to get back there just to get reimbursed for their mistakes. Be very careful at this store.
