I called Peltz and spoke with Ariel Marciano, who was unprofessional from the start. She never acknowledged the delay and was refusing at first to do a three-way call with FedEx. During the call with FedEx, Ariel misrepresented me by apologizing for "my behavior," calling me rude, and making decisions about my shipment without my agreement. Her actions actually caused further delays, which a FedEx supervisor later had to fix. When I called back to report her conduct, Ariel was the one to answer the call, interrupted me repeatedly, and refused to connect me with a supervisor saying there wasn't one. I was eventually contacted by another representative, who also interrupted me, dismissed my concerns, and then hung up. The lack of professionalism and accountability at Peltz Shoes is unacceptable. Ariel not only disparaged me to FedEx but also escalated the issue instead of resolving it. Even when speaking to a supposed higher-up, I was treated with the same dismissive attitude. Employees representing a company should be held to a standard of professionalism regardless of a customer's tone, yet here I was treated with disrespect at every step.
