Customer support will not price adjust for in-store purchases, because they "don't have access to in-store purchase data". Are you sure? That doesn't seem to create a positive customer experience. What cost me $186 in store today could easily cost me $76 less online. Adding insult to injury, I went in-store to avoid the piecemeal shipping experience Torrid offers for online purchases. Yes, I sure could return my purchase to the store, and buy everything online, but I don't have the time or patience to wait for one shirt to show up and two pairs of pants to follow. That aside, I will say that the ladies running the show at the Tamarack Village shop were phenomenal today. I'm not upset with them. No one greeted me as I came in, no one checked in to see what I was shopping for or see if I needed assistance. I was not even offered a changing room. At least 2 employees acknowledged me, however they did not speak to me. I typically have the best customer service experiences in a Torrid - I was shopping for a Lizzo concert outfit! It was supposed to be fun and exciting! I'm just plain bummed out I have yet to get a response after contacting Torrid in the way that was suggested. This was months ago and I'm quite disappointed.
