Let this be a warning to anyone looking to consign, check what brands they are willing to take before trying to consign here because if its not a known brand, they aren't buying.

My mother has been in ICU and I was unable to make it back to the shop during the 7 day period. The clerk was rude, indicating the "policy" was on the receipt. She didn't offer to help resolve my issue and was completely rude. When I told her I hope the cost of the sweater was worth a customer she guffawed and shrugged her shoulder. The selection is nice but this type of treatment isn't worth it. There are many other boutiques with great selection at these prices with much better service and who don't have snotty clerks to insult you.

Many hours of searching narrowed it down to an Eileen Fisher coat that had a nice slim line. It was on sale...and not available online or at any stores West of the Mississippi in my size. Customer Service put me in touch with this location. Beata could not have been more helpful when I called. She took the time to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted, and would ship it the next day. Despite a huge snow storm in the Midwest, it arrived on the day she had arranged. It fit perfectly, and did not make this buxom blonde look like a stuffed animal. LOVE!

I'm not sure what possessed me to continue shopping, but I visited this Kohl's store. I had no problem finding a parking spot. The store is located in a plaza of box stores, which includes Walmart. There is tons of parking. I saw some nice tops and sweaters. I went to try on a couple of sweaters in a fitting room, which was clean and spacious. There were hooks to determine whether I had to have the item, if it goes back on the rack, or if I'm still thinking about it. Frankly, the sweaters that I was trying on weren't that flattering on me, so I had to put them back. This store has an amazing selection of PopSockets. I've never seen anything quite like it. They were all on sale. I saw regular ones that I am familiar with. You can get just the tops and swap them out. There was a cute donut enamel one. There were also fancy jewelled ones. I bought the purple jewelled one because it was pretty in my favourite colour. I liked the travel section. There were nice luggage pieces and accessories. There was an aisle of discounted watches and bracelets. I spent some time looking at everything. There was a bracelet with an infinity symbol as a charm that I knew a friend of mine would love. I went to pay at the checkout. I collected Kohl's reward points through the app on my phone. The cashier was helpful and patient. I used a credit card to pay. All was great. Maybe due to cut or brand, so I just went with it. Tried the jacket on and took a look in the mirror - pretty good fit and quality. When the salesman asked if I'd try on the pants, however, I let him know I was more curious about the jacket fit and was just looking for the moment. Never saw him again - he straight abandoned, disappeared and never returned for the jacket or to help look for other styles. I suspect he didn't expect a sale and utterly left without a word. Rude and snooty aren't descriptions I'd normally use in a nice place like Plymouth but the treatment stank of elitism. Great quality and products, not impressed with some of the staff so far.

They accept Apple Pay and Android Pay!

Once you find a spot, all is well! + Their employees are super friendly and always ask to get a room started or hold your pile of clothes at the register so you can keep looking. + The store inventory is 50% women, ~30% men, and ~20% kids which is pretty good - I've been in some where it's 90% women! +Their sales are bananas. They consistently have an extra 50% off sale, or 50% off everything in the store. +If you have a student ID, you get an extra 15% off on top of sale. +If you have a J.
