My review is based on one visit and I have unfortunately moved so I will not be returning. I stopped in for a gel manicure with existing gel polish. The salon is clean and the receptionist and nail tech were very inviting! When it came time for my gel removal the nail tech used a bottle of gel polish remover along with an e-file. My nails felt very tender afterwards and I decided not to proceed with a new application of gel polish. Unfortunately I was left with rings of fire on multiple nails. I would recommend you talk to your nail tech to discuss options for polish removal (e-file/ soak, etc) to manage your expectations. read more

Listen , Listen I just found a person that , has a good vibe and a wonderful attitude. I've been 3 times so far and he has delivered since DAY 1 . He understood every part of the assignment. He understood even if he didn't he make sure to ask and show before he start !!! When I say Tom is amazing and most importantly he has a great attitude about it all. He definitely deserves his flowers . I am very picky when it comes to my nails but he said the best 2 words you can say when a person anxiety is up and they just don't know what to expect they just know what they want. They were supposed to be closed at 7 p.m but were busy that night so they had just finished up their last client when I walked in. I was very grateful for them accepting to help me. The dip manicure that I received was excellent - not thick like I have acrylic and tips. It looks like I just have nail polish on but with strength. The nail technician asked me to wait 5 minutes (after soaking for 20 without being acknowledged) and came back REEKING of smoke. I paid for the hot stones and, after 2 minutes, she dropped one on the floor and tried to reuse it on me. After that, she just stopped the hot stones completely. She spent about 5 minutes on the 20 min massage I paid for. She left the paraffin on for less than 5 minutes. It was still hot! The technician across from me was amazing...teaching his client about collagen and reflexology while mine rushed through the pedicure. She even forgot the glossy layer of the gel. read more

Super clean salon. Loved the pedicure chairs were tucked back away from the windows. Huge color selection of regular, gel and dip. My daughter picked a blue polish but when the gentleman painting her nails saw it was clear he jumped up to find a more solid paint. He took a couple of minutes and came back with the cutest light blue and blue glitter for her. She was so happy. The young lady taking care of me was very detail oriented and did a great job. The offered me a drink and gave my daughter a juice and let her pick a snack. We agreed that we will back again soon. read more

I've been several times before and always had excellent service. Today, however, was my last visit. Pedicure was great but when they tried to take off a set of acrylics they put on two weeks ago they ended up tearing off two of my natural nails to the quick with the sanding tool and then sanded into another nail at the side, sanding through my natural nail to the skin underneath. I left and came back several hours later when they were not busy as to possibly get better treatment. A new nail tech started working on removing the remainder of the acrylic and was far from gentle, digging her own nail into my sore finger that had the nail ripped off earlier, so much so that I jumped from the pain. Again no apologies. I left at that point and will not return. read more

I went in here yesterday for the first time. At fist my experience was going great. I got a pedi and full set. The pedi was great. My full set was going good and looked ok up until I left and got home and actually took a good look at my nails. The gel didn't cure properly so my polish is lifting and has blotchy look underneath. I will be going back in after work today in hopes they will correct their mistakes. They were very nice and fixed my nails. read more

This place just opened and was close to my home so I gave it a try. The place is nice and clean. I received a fill with gel polish & then a pedicure with gel polish. I gave it a 2 because although it wasn't very busy, 3 different people worked on my nails so they looked different and then 2 toenails broke that next week. Tips N Toes is brand new and super clean! They have a matching normal nail polish to go with all of the dip options, which I love because I do dip on my fingers and normal polish on my toes. I got the second level pedicure which included hot stones, hot towels, and a very good leg massage. My pedicurist made sure the water temperature, hot stones, and hot towels were an okay temperature, which I really appreciate. They had precautions in place for Covid-19, so I felt safe. I wore a mask, all the employees were wearing masks and gloves, and at the manicure stations they had a clear plastic separation between the employees and clients. I was very impressed with this new salon, and I will certainly go back. They are doing an offer right now where you get $15 off if you do a mani and pedi, so try to make it in before the offer ends! read more

I only requested that he don't drill on my mothers real nails... The nail tech Chung he talk so bad to me.. he voice was raised the whole time he was talking to me... I wanted to cry ... my hands was literally shacking...he triggered my anxiety... I told my mother we will not come back here again...he told my mother and I to get out leave now go do your nails at home.. I said he has already started on my mom nails so please finish... then he talked in my face to the other nail tech .. said they don't know nothing...I stop talking he kept going ... I never said nothing insulting to him.. other then please stop talking to me.... he went on to say he has been doing nails for so many years.. I said I understand that however you are to honor the customers request.. I will not go back as long as he works there it was a horrible experience.. to top it off he was not even the nail tech doing my mom's nails... the owner did apologize... however she is not the one who was rude ... his actions was unacceptable ... I normally don't do reviews but this experience was terrible... I had to share my experience because I don't want anyone else to have the same experience... the owner just stood there why he talked so bad to me ... she sent him home for the day ... I was very disappointed in this salon after choosing it based on their website's promotion of organic and natural products and a toxic free environment. If you are looking for that, this salon isn't the one for you. I asked about their natural chemical free products and no one knew. They had to go ask the owner and came back with one product they have that says organic on the packaging but still has all kinds of chemicals in it. I really wanted to love this place because it was so convenient to run by there on my way home from work but the quality just isn't acceptable. I've been twice and got a gel manicure, which is what I get at the salon I normally go to, which I normally have to have taken off after 3 weeks because they've grown out too much. After the first manicure they last about 2 weeks but this most recent time it wasn't even a week. The polish towards the bed of my nail is pulling up from the nail, getting snagged constantly and the tips on 6 of my fingers have separated from my nail completely and are basically just sitting on top of my nail. read more

Sadly had the worst pedicure experience I've ever had here a week ago. We've tried contacting manager twice before leaving an accurate review and unfortunately can't get a call back. Nail tech used cuticle nippers to peel my old gel polish off my toes, and also caught my skin in the process. They cut my toe nails down to the skin, to the point where several toes have almost no nail remaining. It will take several months before my nails grow enough to get another pedicure and repair all of the damage done. My gel polish was missing top coat in several toes. Wanted to love this place as it's conveniently located and clean inside, but I will never return. read more
