If you like the Chalet Market on the west side of town, then you'll certainly not be disappointed…read morein their newest location in downtown. Located in the lower level of the bank building, this spot has almost the same menu items and Montana-made things as the other location. Because it's newer and recently opened, construction hasn't quite finished so there's no seating available and the inventory of Montana-made things is still a work in progess. Chalet Market Downtown is eye-catching with its wide open space, light colored floors and bright menu monitors over the counter. It's almost too busy to look at, because your eyes naturally are drawn from one thing to the other. As for the food: I was there in the morning, so only the breakfast menu was showing and, like their other location, you choose your bread, protein, cheese and preferred add-ons. Or, you can do as I did and choose one of their specialty sandwiches or other options, such as avocado toast, huckleberry scone, breakfast burrito. It was a tossup between their specialty breakfast sandwich or the breakfast burrito. I picked the Chalet Market special, but they were out of the buffalo salami that day. While it was still good with the substitute, it just didn't have the same flavors. As weird as it sounds, the spicy honey mustard was more sweet than spicy and just didn't work for me on a breakfast sandwich. I'm not discouraged, though; I plan to try again next time I'm downtown. Or, maybe I'll just head to the other location. A Montana locally owned spot, two locations . . . sometimes convenience is not overrated.

SEE weblink: livingwage.mit.edu The store manager has been out on leave for an extended period of time resulting in people without leadership ability, the motivation to be a leader and the effective balance of soft and hard skills to treat customers and employees as valued. Its value proposition translates to vulgar, mean-spirited and unlawful acts by the substitutes for leadership and diminishes the reputation, sends the trajectory of the brand to uncompetitive lows and reduces its spheres of influence in the community. From the pervasiveness of untrained employees, to the persistence of losing good employees (checkers), to the rows of unpriced products, an always filthy restroom, and the absence of staffing the front desk or staffing it with again, untrained help. Your complete absence of leadership culminates in a failure across the entire customer journey. Store #155 resides in the failed KMART building. It looks like Winco is going to fail here too. BTW if you don't pay your employees a living wage you will not be able to keep good employees or motivate them to do their jobs well. But ultimately, Grant Haag, Nathan Tucker and Hank F. along with you are failing customers, continuously. Yet, here I was, on a brief visit to Billings. Walking in, the place is beautifully decorated, with a lot of rustic charm to it, and a lot of decorations that remind you that you are in Montana. A large engraved bear decoration in the restrooms stood out. The service there was very attentive, with a single, very friendly hostess manning the place -- it was a quiet day when we went there, with only one other person in the place. The winery works on what I would call a fairly unusual model. They don't charge for tastings -- they'll let you taste every single wine on the menu if you want. I tried quite a few before settling on a glass, and also took home a bottle. All of the wines I tried were very good -- and they have a huge selection of different styles and varietals. Each one stood out uniquely -- which is impressive for a winery with like thirty different types. They also have a kind of "make your own" charcuterie board option, where you can pick from a couple of cheeses and meats. The portions here were nicely generous, too. If they were a little bit closer to home, I would definitely be a regular. As is, I'm looking forward to popping the bottle I purchased.

I tried to enjoy some music at this place tonight and last weekend, and she made me super uncomfortable both times. The first time, when i was ordering food at the kiosk with my mom, she pushed me out of the way and said "excuse me" extremely rudely. I personally don't like being touched by servers. Tonight my boyfriend and I were there to see the live music and get a pizza. For context I am 31 and he is 30. we didn't ask to order alcohol, we only wanted a pizza. she demanded to see our IDs. Then she told me that she expected them to be fake, using a condescending voice the entire interaction. Then she loudly pointed out the non alcoholic drink section of the menu. we ordered some sodas because we felt like she would be even meaner to us if we didn't order a drink of some sort. She made me want to leave immediately, but we stuck around to hear a few songs first.
