I moved away two years ago and I've never had a sandwich this good since. The service was always very good! the food was always very consistent and always tasted the same, so you know what to expect!! I miss this place so so much. I remember their Cinnimon bread! It wasn't the swirl, (though we did get the swirl for some time), it was something else with little pockets of cinnamon. And their cookies were so, so amazing. Especially the frosted ones. Great Fresh Baked Goods! Pros: -Clean facility -Friendly staff (especially a young girl with red hair) -Lobby area has quite a bit of seating -Parking is good Cons: -Individual Items (caramel rolls, cinnamon rolls) sell out early, so if you want to get them, you have to go early in the day -"Special bread flavors" are available for a limited time. Go back for it a second time, and they don't have it. If it's a good seller, please keep it on the menu longer. read more

I absolutely LOVE Great Harvest Bread Co. How could you not? Their specialty bread loafs are incredible! I always bring home at least one loaf every time I visit my parents. My only gripe is that you can only get certain specialty loafs in a specific month, and the specialty loafs can depend on the day of the week as well. So it all depends on when I'm visiting my parents what my options will be. Thankfully they were plentiful for my mid-October visit. Our first visit of my trip, we picked up a loaf of the chocolate chip pumpkin bread. I'm pretty sure I singlehandedly ate half of the loaf over the course of my visit. And you better believe that was the same loaf I went back for to bring back to NYC. I don't always love everything pumpkin, but this bread was amazing and the chocolate was a nice touch. A few days later we picked up the caramel apple bread as well. I also enjoyed a good portion of that loaf, but the pumpkin chocolate chip was the winner for me. On a whim, I bought a package of two of their pumpkin shaped soup bowls. They were just so cute, that I had to. They're dense and perfect for soup, but do of course get a bit soggy after you've finished your soup, so they're more for aestetics than anything. I'm also obsessed with their gingersnap cookies. I get a bag or two every visit as well. They're so chewy and gingery - just like I like them! Their lemon blueberry coffee cake bread in May is also very delicious. I won't be able to visit next May but you know I'll be making a special shipping request from my mom. Hopefully it travels well! :o) As you can see, I have only tried their specialty breads, bread bowls, and cookies. I haven't tried their sandwiches or other loafs. But I have a hard time thinking anything they make would be anything other than tasty. read more

Love the bread.. but after going there 4 times and treated rude .. I will never go back I'm hoping the Great Harvest on Poly dr is more personable .. in these difficult times and economy being what it is .. management should take notice ... I'm going to tell everyone to avoid this location.. even if it's close to my errands and my home ... yuk! It worth the money spent if I go home with the bitterness they instilled on me Four times is a deal breaker for me!! read more

I have had many delicious treats from Great Harvest, but today I ate the most divine raspberry blueberry cinnamon roll. It was absolutely sublime in every delicious bite. The frosting was to die for. I definitely will want another Raspberry Peach Bar and all the other rolls again as well, they truly are superb. 15/10 Goddess status read more

The fact that this place is rated 3 stars is absolutely SENDING ME. In all my travels I have never experienced a better chocolate chip banana bread than the one they make here. Not to mention you get a free slice of their bread of the day which has never not been preemo primo. Their sandwiches are very acceptable and when you combine the cheep price with the free bread and friendly staff, this place is a no brainer. read more

I had to stop and try the place out since I drive by it everyday. When I entered, they offered me to try one of three different breads they had to sample. I chose the pumpkin chocolate chip which was really good! They had a lot of breads to choose from, but what put me off was the price. I am a baker, and I am fully aware of the cost to make breads. I can't figure out why they charge so much. I guess it's the brand, as with most things. I ended up getting a sandwich. It was pretty good, but nothing that really impressed. All in all, I will probably just keep making my own bread. read more

I love a good sandwich, and usually get one at Great Harvest. What I don't appreciate is being kicked out ten minutes before closing so the crew can get on with their weekend. This is what happened Saturday, the 20th. Sandwiches, hot and cold alike, are better eaten fresh, and it really sucked having to take them to go. Also, finally getting them home and realizing the order was screwed up was especially annoying. The hair in my sandwich topped it off. read more

Seriously, one of the best places in town to stop at for baked goods and a quick lunch! I really didn't like them kicking me out of the store, 10 minutes before closing it really pissed me off. And they messed up my order big time, and spent ten minutes talking instead of making my sandwich. And they told us that we HAD to make our sandwich's to go. read more

I went to Great Harvest expecting a great meal as I've been to other Great Harvests and the food is always great. However, I was forgotten and had to finally go to the counter and ask about my food. Then they made my food and delivered the wrong food to me and not even all of my order. I just ate it at that point because I had been there so long. And no offers of even a free cookie for their many mistakes. I won't be going there again! read more
