After reading reviews, I felt even with the provided shuttle, I should stay away from the place. Then, I found this one. The hotel looked clean and simple. It didn't have a shuttle but it would be a quick Uber ride to the Epcot. I am so glad that I booked this hotel. The room was clean and simple just like I saw in the pictures. The lobby was beautiful. When we checked in late at night, the room across our place had a baby crying so loud. We were tired after walking all day and needed to have a place to rest. I called a front to report it. But they said that they could move us. So, we took our belongings and moved to the different room near the lobby. I think the room was not really set up for the guests yet. Some lamps were missing from the bedside tables. But it was ok since it was quite and the beds were clean for us to sleep. The next day, the breakfast had hot food such as bacon, sausage, and eggs. I wish they had more fresh fruits. I would stay here again if I am visiting the Magic Kingdom.

The next day, I noticed my card was missing and logged into my banking account to cancel the card. Two unauthorized transactions had taken place; one for $40, and one for $125. I instantly cancelled the cards and contacted the hotel. The person who answered the phone was extremely unhelpful and showed no desire or concern to help. I filed a police report. Two weeks later, the police station contacted me to advise that although they've tried contacting the hotel to investigate, the hotel has failed to reply to any of their inquiries or requests for assistance. I won't fault the hotel for their clientele, as I believe shady people are found anywhere. But I will fault the hotel for their disinterest in assisting with a guest concern.

I have been staying at this hotel for a number of years now, and while the face lift was nice when…read moreownership branding changed hands, the underlying infrastructure still needs a lot of work. I checked in for three nights for a convention, and really the check-in process was not an issue. They have removed the Zoom-like check-in kiosk and gone back to all in-person checkins now, which I prefer in the first place. I have a feeling there was a lot of pushback with that kiosk thing. My room as well was fine. No issues there. The problem is the amenities. The conference center areas are starting to show some wear and tear, with stained carpets, some ripping of the carpets, that sort of thing. The elevators in both towers always seem to be one step away from breaking down (again). I have a feeling it is a good week for the hotel when all three elevators in a tower have been working. However, the real travesty of this place is the dining facilities. They have pizza, which you have to order from the bar, and it incorporates a resort fee in addition to the cost of the pizza, so for a $20 pizza you are looking at $28... and the pizza is absolute, complete garbage. I have eaten the cheapest pizza available in a college town and enjoyed it more than what was handed to me in this case. For that amount of money, you should be receiving a pretty decent pizza, not something that is worse than a microwaved Totino's party pizza from Walmart. Trust me in this: If you are looking for something to eat, walk down to the Del Taco or hop in the car and find something along the strip, because the food here is absolutely not worth it.

Between the yapping dogs running in the halls (even though no pets allowed)... and ordering a King Bed but getting 2 twins with a mattress pad holding them together... and the lack of water pressure (which didn't really matter because there's no hot water)... and the thinnest walls between rooms I've ever heard through... and the burn marks and cigarette smell in our non smoking room... and the pool being 'closed for renovations'... and the giant door sized window with no curtain or blind... and the loose screws hanging half out of the light fixture over our bed... You get the idea. For the love of all that is holy, don't stay here if you have any other options!

We…read morechose this place because it was close to the parks and had a shuttle that went there and back. (Though not direct, the shuttle does go to connecting parks. And a ride share to the park from the hotel is about $9 during the off-peak times. We ended up taking Lyft back because we didn't want to wait until 10:30 p.m. for the shuttle and paid $15.) The special rate was extremely good at a little over a $100 a night! They even take AAA but the special rate was cheaper. This is not a brand-new place and it's not fancy. Very plain but clean. The TV in the room is kinda small. But you also have a microwave, large mini fridge (no freezer), a very comfortable bed, and squishy pillows (but we got two each). Having just renovated two bathrooms, I saw the need for some fresh tiles there. But nevertheless, it was clean and the water was hot. There is a nice pool if you need some R&R away from the parks. On the morning we were leaving (we were on the first floor) a child in the room above was doing a lot of running back and forth. But it soon stopped, and it didn't really matter because we were getting ready for breakfast. The meal is included and it is not just a grab-and-go. It has eggs, fresh waffles and pancakes (saw my first-ever automatic pancake maker), sausage, biscuits, cereals, breads, etc. My daughter and her friends visit the Disney area about twice a year, and I have recommended they not spend lots on pricey hotels where they just sleep and get up and go each day. They are planning to stay here on their trip in February. I plan to stay here again if I am in the area.

Yes the eye were roaches and stains and a bunch of weird smells, but there are also 2 pools, some outdoor games like a pool table (paid), huge chess board, and I think I even saw a mini golf course. There are also a lot of places to sit around and relax, and a big space for the kids to run around. They also have 2 restaurants, a game room, lots of snacks and microwaveable meals to purchase and a clothing store. Honestly it's not a bad deal for their low prices. The issues that I'm going to mention were not mine. We came with a friend who stayed in another room and had to be moved 3 separate times. The first time his door would not open. 2nd room had a broken shower and while he was sleeping in room 3, someone walked in at 5 am...apparently their card also worked on his door. Not ideal.

The conference room thermometer read 86 degrees, and it was so hot sweat was literally dripping down my forehead. With insufficient air circulation, I got dizzy. The event organizers said they had asked for it to be made cooler, but it didn't help. This was the same experience I had when I informed the front desk, they called maintenance, but the room did not get any cooler. Avoid staying in hotel rooms across from the conference rooms. There is a covered patio between the conference rooms and the rooms across the breezeway. However, pin traders lined the tables, selling their wares, instead of purchasing event tables inside the conference rooms. The pin guests were impolite, not moving from tables and chairs both layered with their sales binders, preventing conference attendees who just wanted to sit and rest and hotel guests from using this area. When addressed with the front desk, they did nothing. The doors between the breezeway and the hotel itself were blocked off, causing guests to either need to go around to the front hotel entrance or through the restaurant. The event organizers have found a new location for at least some future shows, which is great. I really enjoyed the pin show and purchased several pins.

From just looks it appears bright, clean and newer, but it was actually quite dingy as well. Beds were comfortable (though the couch bed was soo atrocious even my kids wouldn't sleep on it) and outside of the room the facilities were cool - my kids liked the arcade & pool. We had a 3 bedroom which worked for our 10 people party. Would I stay here again? In a pinch, yes. To meet the needs of a large group? Totally, but if it was just my 4 person family I'd definitely find something else.

If you go around the holidays plan to walk all over the property looking at all the decorations. They have gone all out for Christmas and it is so beautiful and festive. The rooms are huge, two full bathrooms and a large kitchen area with a full size fridge. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are clean. There are three pools/hot tubs that are always clean. They have so many different room options some including screened patios. I do prefer a room that is not on the side of 92 because it gets a little loud with ambulances but overall I would highly recommend this place.
