When my sister died, someone sent flowers to my parents from this store and the bouquet was amazing. We ended up ordering the standing arrangement for the funeral and it was absolutely beautiful. I ordered flowers the next week for my folks for my sister's birthday and again, another beautiful arrangement. We ended up with a few different arrangements from Evergreen and all were very well done - and a lot of flowers for the price. All arrangements had very fresh flowers that lasted quite some time and were exactly what we ordered with special order flowers. The teeam at the shop were amazing, so friendly, making sure all was exactly as ordered and everything arrived on time in the right place. Ordered an arrangement to be delivered same day. Received a confirmation email. Called 8 hours later and left a voicemail asking for delivery confirmation. They returned my call and said the delivery address was out of their delivery area. I didn't receive so much as a phone call to let me know this, but instead received excuses that they were swamped due to Valentines day and an apology. The delivery address is 20 minutes from their shop. I would think their ordering portal would have caught this. I received a refund, but of course the sentiment was ruined. read more

My husband and I used this florist for our wedding in August. The prices were incredibly reasonable and I loved working with the creative floral designer Song Korfhage. We gave her a lot of leeway with the arrangements, told her our budget. She was amazing! The flowers were delivered and set up on time. Everyone I worked with was very courteous. The arrangements were gorgeous! Bright beautiful colors, perfect for our garden wedding. She really captured our vision and took the time to understand us. She was even able to add a beautiful, matching garland for over the gazebo at the last minute for a nominal fee. I can't wait to use them again for my next special event. read more

The absolute worst florist i have ever dealt with. Orderd flowers online for my mother -in- laws birthday, and she never recieved the flowers. 3 days later no flowers still. Called the shop to ask for a refund and was told that we would get a call back, never happened. Called the following day (5 days later after ordering the flowers) and asked for a refund and instead they charged us again! So now we have two charges with no flowers. Obviously we arn't getting through to these people, so we had to go through our bank and got it disputed. So angry and upset with this poor service. read more

i am glad to see others have had better results with this business than we have. we had been planning our wedding flowers with this shop for a couple months. we had some hard to come by flowers and knew it would be a bit of a trick getting them in time. we had a appointment to finalize the arrangements and when we went in they were busy getting their mother's day flowers on display. we were told that they didn't have time to help us and that we would have to come back on another day. we had taken the day off of work to be there so we were very disappointed and upset. Ordered an arrangement online and what was received was not as the image or description showed. It was very disappointing as I had loved the cheery colors in the image online and was sending them to a friend in the hospital. The actual arrangement was sparse and did not include the same flowers or colors as what was shown online. I definitely would not recommend ordering online from this company. Flowers were sent to the church for my mom's funeral 3 days early and left at an empty, locked building. They then called my sister in law and told her she could go pick them up. It was quite a drive so we had to find someone else to get them for us. Why not just deliver them on the day of the funeral? Or deliver them to us instead of taking them to a locked closed building and telling us to go get them. I had a friend from Jr High go pick them up, they were beautiful but there was no card in them. I called to find out who they were from and the sent me to 1800- florist, which I called and they weren't through them. Evergreen was going to check again and get back to me 3 days ago. I've heard nothing else from them. They also dropped flowers off at my sister in laws mothers locked church for her funeral, 6 and a half hours late. It was over and everyone gone. They called her again to come and get them and no card again. We had the misfortune of losing two important people in our lives within hours of each other and didn't have the time, energy or mental stamina of driving around town picking up flowers. Their excuse, "It's mothers day weekend and we are really busy." Mothers Day, these were two mothers still that were spending their last days with their families. Apparently they don't matter. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of a negative is because the flowers were beautiful. But the customer service along with empathy was the worst I have ever dealt with. read more

I called at 9am to have flowers delivered by noon to my wife's work location for our anniversary. I was told no problem. My wife gets off at 1pm, so it left some leeway in case there were any issues with the delivery. With this I expected a phone call from my wife when she got off to thank me by 1:15ish. At 2:00 I called the store to ask if my wife was still there and was informed that she had left for the day at 1. I asked if she had received anything and was told no. I called my wife and she said that someone had called her phone at noon asking if she was at work, but she didn't know who it was (this was supposed to be a surprise). She said that the person who left the message said she could pick up the flowers at the flower shop. I called the shop to find out what was going on and was told that the flowers were delivered to the work location. I called the work location and they said that at 2:30 the flowers were delivered. Why would the florist tell my wife to pick up her flowers at the shop if they were going to deliver them? The lateness of the delivery meant that my wife cannot pick them up at all because she had other engagements she had to do, so now she won't get the flowers until the next day. When I called the shop back to ask questions they simply said that my wife and the delivery driver just missed each other, but she made sure to tell me that the flowers were beautiful. Utter BS. Needless to say, I will never use this florist again, and warn others of the issues. read more
