They want to grow old in place and it is a tremendous relief to know they are not doing this manual labor on their own. Very unfortunate that in todays market there are still scam artists out there trying to defraud people. We worked in good faith towards a resolution but instead met with more fraud and issues stating work was completed but then again it was not. Buyer beware as after they would not finish the work until paid in full, which we did because of the contract, they refused to honor the contract and not even guaranteeing the product as discussed, he did ask for more money to finish what was contracted for but after around $4000 that was not going to happen.
