We have used Evergreen Landscaping for two or three major yard projects. They designed our landscaping for a front yard and back yard makeovers that turned out amazing! It had no warmth or dimension only one tree and we wanted to add that homy but retreat feeling. They did such an amazing job and all the neighbors loved it too that several had them come make out door place seating and a yard makeover too another a back yard makeover too! They also did two stone stairs that lead from the front/side of the house to the back yard and another to the playground as are yard is on a slope. One of your drivers turned left from the improper lane and pushed me into oncoming traffic near the Menards at the corner of North Avenue and 59. Thanks alot! My youngest was in the passenger seat when this happened. Perhaps you should have a discussion with your drivers about their etiquette on the roadway. Thank goodness the vehicle coming toward us was far enough away that we were able to avoid harm. No need for such reckless driving on a Saturday afternoon. read more

Becca at Evergreen designed a patio and landscaping for us last summer. Not only did she hear what we wanted, her design showed a true understanding of the space and look we were going for. A year later, the outdoor space is flourishing and we say we love it every day. Rarely do you get exactly what you envision and in this case, it is better than we could imagine. We (My husband and me) hired evergreen to create landscaping around our deck. We liked the plan they came up with and the choices of foliage, except for the rosebushes, but I conceded. Once planted everything looked good, other than some of the plants were askew from the plans. The following season five of our bushes grew a fungus. I worked with the designer who suggest I use store-bought treatments to kill the fungus. After two seasons it did not make a difference. Evergreen replaced the bushes with a different type. We are currently fungus-free. The next year three of my day-Lillie's died. Evergreen replace them, but with the wrong color. The yellow-white pattern was now yellow-white with an orange thrown in. The same year two rosebushes died. Evergreen replaced them and the following year the other three died. Evergreen replaced them. None of the rosebushes made it the following year. Evergreen would not replace them anymore. There is now an empty area where the rosebushes used to be. We have three mums, one of which died in year two. It was replaced but I had to replant it, as it was not deep enough and the roots were exposed. This year about 40% of the plants we originally bought are still thriving, but we will have to replace anything going forward because we were told last year they will no longer replace any items. We take care of the landscaping. We add new dirt, spray for bugs, water, prune, and weed and feed. $2,500 is a lot of money for us and I was hoping the life of the plants would be more than two seasons. read more
