It began with a last-minute cancellation, followed by a late arrival with no apology on the rescheduled day. During the service, she accidentally broke our kitchen window shades and did not apologize or address the damage. ​After a quick inspection, it revealed that the master bathroom cabinets were neglected, and multiple windows and sliding doors were completely skipped. When confronted, she claimed the remaining dirt was "water stains" not covered by the scope of work, which was inaccurate as the dirt wiped away instantly. ​Fortunately, her partner saving the day. He did a phenomenal job on the carpets, removed tough stains, and graciously finished cleaning the exterior windows that Susana missed. If you use this company, hire them exclusively for carpets, and avoid their house cleaning services. The only reason she gets a 2 star is because of her partner.

In the bathroom, the toilet base area appeared unclean, and the shower head had heavy mineral buildup. Even the refrigerator had food residue and ice buildup, which should normally be addressed during a turnover clean. Because the unit was not guest-ready, I contacted Brenda and requested a refund for the cleaning service, but she informed me she could not provide a refund. As a property owner who depends on cleaners to prepare units for guests, attention to detail and reliability are extremely important. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this service for turnover cleaning.

Multiple messages immediately back to back telling you to pay up. I didn't have a day open to do it. I'm not paying a deposit until I have a schedule to allow it. The contract is ridiculous. Especially the fine print. If you order them. Pay what was required and they finish early , you would be pro rated. Unless the owner does the cleaning. Then according to her, if she finishes early you pay the full boat because of her experience. That's not how it works. It's a cleaning service. Not a custom car build. You have no say if she cokes to clean. Because if you cancel in a case like that, you pay the whole thing. One example of the nickel and dime mindset. She's not overly friendly either. My hope is she sees this and makes some form of an adjustment but after reading others reviews on a different platform I found she likes to argue with clients. I'm not into arguing about how my carpet was vacuumed. Because I did not use the service it would be inappropriate to give a negative star rating. But I can give everyone a heads up so they know what they are dealing with.
