I was looking to rid of my old TV as the screen had stopped working. I did not want to just trash it as I know the process with electronics is different. I believe I had called and the receptionist was able to let me know that it is free drop off. You just need to take it to the back of their office and ring the bell. One of the employees was able to take the TV inside. The only thing I had to do was fill out the questionnaire and that was it. It took me like 5 minutes, was super easy to do, and cost me nothing! read more

Was a little excited I happened to come across a sign for this establishment while on a walk to pick up my vehicle from a nearby shop. No idea they were here! I had a dinosaur of a printer I wanted to recycle. I decided to stop by on a Saturday morning, and they were closed. Yelp said they were open and their website hours said open as well. Not sure if they were on a "holiday schedule", but their signage on the front door displayed Monday-Friday hours. No mention of Saturday. I went to the other guys. This company has a website that says, and I quote: : "recycling pick-up service in San Jose, Fremont, Santa Clara, Palo Alto, the entire Bay Area, California, and across the U.S. " Um, no, you don't. Because apparantly San Rafael which is VERY close to the bay, and definitely IN the bay area, is NOT in your service area. Waste of my time, which I am pretty short of today. Excellent service to get rid of your outdate giant Samsung TV or any other kind of e-junk. Please check on their website what brands they take and what kind of electronics as well, as not everything is recyclable. I found them online doing a search for free e-waste collecting, as did not want to pay someone to come home and get my stuff. Trying to email them for quote and they say it all free, and I love the fast reply for everyone want to donate, just email them and tell them what items/ devices you want to thrown away, they will response u with all the details. Highly recommend this place for all of your e-waste recycling! I had a bunch of old office things (cords, mice, keyboards, laptops & phones) and contacted them via email to see if they could pick up the items. They unfortunately only do pick ups for businesses/places with at least 2 full pallets full of items, but suggested that I drop them off at center. Drop off was very easy, the place was in a business park or center and was easy to find. There was an employee who brought a cart out to our car and loaded everything in and took the items without any questions asked! Overall, very friendly and helpful staff and would recommend for all types of recycling. read more

This place is great! Very friendly and responsive on the phone and in person. I was able to drop off a lot of old Christmas lights that we no longer needed, and they were happy to take them.
