I write this because I have been wronged I have a 1987 Pontiac firebird trans Am t-top V8 5.0L was in ment condition as I was bringing it back from up North I was putting gas in the gas pump and somebody had jumped in it when the t-tops were off and took off on a high-speed chase and the cops the next morning this is what that was on the 23rd the next morning on the 24th officer night comes to me tells me he just got done I would still stranded where I was at I go to the impound lot in the show me that I have to pay for my car to be released because somebody stole it of course it was a family heirloom it's going to pass it down to my son and now I can't now because evergreen towing will not help me at all don't even give me suggestions so I've never been in this situation but how is it fair that a divorced man with five kids page child support and it feels and cannot afford absolutely nothing else can't get his own car out of the impound after it's been stolen because he doesn't have enough money what is he supposed to do they impound lot guy was a smart ass and said insurance can't that be put on her restitution and she get charged for it whoever took the car stole it read more

Evergreen towing hit my car in a parking lot and has not been helpful or nice during the whole process. They are paying to fix my car but I had to fight for a rental car. I have lost work over the wreck as well as missed classes I had paid for in advance due to using a rental car which they are not willing to reimburse for. Dan and Sheilah have been nothing short of horrible to work with and are not willing to take any responsibility for what there drive did to my car and my life for over a week now. Just got back from flying the other night. Made AAA Call for my dead battery and requested a jump. AAA said I'd be waiting 1-2 hours for help. It was 11pm . Evergreen towing driver " Moe" called to say how busy they were and shared Valuable Information with me!! He shared spokane Airport has jumper boxes. Remarkable Service !! Brandon and Cara were more than just helpful, I was stressed about having my vehicles towed, but they actually made it easy ! Landin arrived when he said he would and had a great attitude that put me at ease. Our car was hung up on a barbed wire fence (don't ask) and needed a lot more work than is typical to extract it and tow it a short distance; he was happy to pull out clippers and get to it. I had to have my vehicle towed. Tim responded quickly to help me. I had my very scared dog in my vehicle and he was very helpful in getting her out of my vehicle into the tow truck, in very busy traffic. Once my vehicle was towed, he again helped me to get my dog out of his tow truck. Tim was very prompt, courteous, and helped to make a frightening experience easier to tolerate.
