If you want a barn wedding I say you should look no further. It is just perfection! They are affiliated somehow with Joe McEachern photography (I think same owners) so if you have portraits you need for your senior, engagement, pregnancy, or just some gorgeous family shots then this is also an amazing backdrop for those. I browsed through the photography on the Facebook page and they were really nice! I wish I had more details but as I was mainly passing through that's all I can tell you. We checked in and apparently the hotel was sold out. The night shift manager said he was unsure how that happend, but he called a couple guests who had booked rooms to confirm their stay, and someone cancelled. The rooms were large, and clean with a mini fridge and microwave. They offered a complimentary hot breakfast and the woman who was in charge, was very friendly and accomodating. They have an outdoor pool and spa as well which is nice.

In fact, the Marriott brand is one of my preferred brands (I'm Gold in their loyalty program). I've stayed her a few times now, and that should tell you a lot. The front desk staff is friendly and the hotel rooms are clean. If you've stayed at a Fairfield Inn before, you know the drill. They have a free breakfast, which consists of eggs, some kind of protein (usually sausage or bacon), biscuits, cereal, make your own waffles, some fruits, coffee and juices. The hotel rooms are pretty good sized. I usually stay in a room with a king sized bed, and it is plenty big enough for a couple of people to stretch out and relax. The rooms are well insulated from noise outside, but not in between rooms. I can frequently hear people talking and making noise in the other rooms. Although, if it's too much, the front desk staff is happy to get them to shut up for you. Definitely a place I enjoy staying on my trips to Gadsden... it's clean and comfortable.
