Insurance covered a few slopes, but not a full replacement, however we had them do a full replacement to get it done now and not worry about it again. Cabinets, flooring, painting and countertops. Brian with Virgo did the cabinet piece, and provided crucial information regarding the flooring, countertops and painting. He helped with all the decisions that needed to be made, and coordinated with the other contractors to ensure that each part fell together seamlessly. I got 3 estimates for the total project, and ending up going with Brian to get the entire project complete. His estimate was in the middle as far as cost. From the 1st stage of demolition, to the last countertop being installed, Brian made sure that all the details were covered, and that the project moved along smoothly. He did quality cabinet work, and clearly took pride in all the work that was done. I could have gotten it all done for a little less money, but am confident that I paid a fair price. Many questions came up during the process, and Brian provided all the answers along the way. When issues came up, and they inevitably will, Brian took the time to get them resolved. I am very happy that I didn't go with the cheapest estimate, as I'm certain that I wouldn't have received the assistance that I got as the project progressed. But worse than that, they taped opaque sheeting over the bedroom window--gave no notice they were doing so--and left it overnight. There is absolutely NO regard for who might be living in the residence. They left a large and very loud pressure washer running just outside my window (no painters in view) at 7:50 a.m. Pressure-washed (presumably--doesn't look any different than before) the wall outside my bedroom at 8 a.m. At 6:30, left all their garbage in the backyard. If I had a choice, I would NOT use this company. I will be taking it up with our Board.
