I needed to find a new dentist because I had just moved to the area and found Everlast Dental. I found the office to be very clean and pleasant. But when the dentist examined my teeth and told me I needed about $10,000 worth of dental work, I was in shock. She wanted to replace many of my crowns. I had been going to the dentist at 6-month intervals for over 30 years and never had any of them tell me that my teeth had any problems at all other than an occasional cavity, and it had probably been over 10 years since I'd even had one of those. I've been brushing 3 times daily and flossing once a day for many years. And I had no pain or dental problems in years. Dr. Nguyen told me that my insurance wouldn't cover much of it but there was financing available. She told me to make an appointment on the way out, which I most certainly did NOT do. The next day I called the last dentist I'd seen six months earlier (before moving), who'd been my dentist for the previous 13 years. I told him about my experience with Dr. Nguyen and, asked what his opinion would be, based on my last appointment with him 6 months earlier. He said the only way he would agree with Dr. Nguyen would be if I was leaving for Africa the next day and would be in an area where there would be no access to a dentist for the next ten years. He said my crowns would wear out, and one was close to doing so, but if I was seeing a dentist every six months there was absolutely no reason to replace them all now. They could be replaced as needed. That was all I needed to hear. I found a different dentist who essentially told me the same thing, and over a year later I still have all the same crowns without a single problem. Ever get the feeling that someone's giving you a quote for something while thinking about how they're going to pay for their extravagant vacation? Yeah, me too. My only regret is that I really liked the hygienist who had cleaned my teeth there. If she reads this, I'd like her to know that she had nothing to do with my dissatisfaction there. read more

I have been at this place for a few times now. It is the dental clinic I have chosen after doing online research and seeing how great their reviews were. But in person I confirm every single time why I should stick with them and keep referring them to family and friends, because this clinic offers true quality of services and excellent customer service. I was very happy with the treatments I had to get done and how well they treat you and take care of you. The clinic is always spot clean, smells very nice and makes you feel relaxed with the background sound and screen relaxation videos. Dr Nguyen is simply incredible at her job. Thomas went above and beyond to help me in a day that I had mixed up personal appointments and was simply phenomenal in arranging the service, staff and better time. Just saved my day. I was recommended to do 11 crowns. I understand and was somewhat accepting because I have dental issues. I went to a different dentist for a consult and he said I needed 13 crowns. So I went to a different dentist for a consult and he said everything was fine and I need nothing done. Now I go to a dentist that did one crown and may be doing another one. The staff does not work weekends (which is fine) they have no time to come up with a way to cancel online or through text, nor can they answer phone calls and review voicemails so you can actually cancel, but boy oh boy do they have time to email back and forth with you on your review! Maybe Thomas Nguyen has nothing better to do, but dang, maybe come up with a better system. Oh, and also try and shame you for your teeth I guess to justify the cosmetic procedures that have a minimal impact.......which I guess is fine, but seems a bit odd from a professional dentist? I mean...do you all really shame people on their teeth when they call you out on a review? Seems petty. I have all my teeth, they are fine. but whatever. Maybe they aren't that professional. Been going here 3 years. Not the best service but it's hard to get a dentist. Will NEVER go here again. Predatory policy, if you have a medical emergency? Need an ultrasound for a medical issue on short notice? Try and cancel? Too bad. They are closed on Fridays and won't accept cancellations through voicemail, through text or through their website. Please if you haven't been to the dentist in a while try out Everlast Dental, your oral health is important and a visit could save your life. I've been eternally grateful to Dr. Nguyen their focus on total oral health including oral cancer screening may have saved my life. She identified some abnormal tissue on my tongue and forwarded me to an oral surgeon who biopsied and identified the tissue as cancerous. While rare in my age group don't think that without regular checkups you'll be fine as I did. If it hadn't been caught so early the treatment would have been so much more taxing than surgery. Let's be honest. The dentist is not a fun place to be. I know I personally do not enjoy going and it definitely gives me anxiety. However, Everlast Dental is changing that. From the moment you walk in the doors, there's a welcoming vibe to help put you at ease. All the staff are super nice and very talented! Dr. Nguyen has been my dentist for the past eight years. I love Dr. Nguyen and her staff! Everyone knows my name and I know their names. I always feel welcome and comfortable when I go to my appointments. Everlast is really good about making sure you can afford your treatment in that they offer several payment options within your budget. Also, Dr. Nguyen's not one of those dentists that 'looks for problems' in order to make money like a lot of dentists do - if the procedure isn't necessary for your health as her patient then Dr. Nguyen will not recommend the procedure. I cannot give this place enough stars. They are so friendly and understanding if you're lower income and will work with you to make a thorough plan for treatment. I'm currently needing dental implants and they are not cheap, so they've gone over every single scenario and price point with me many times and have been so patient and helpful! They treat you so well while you're there, this is the first dental office that I haven't been nervous to go into! They have tvs with music, essential oil diffusers and after your cleaning even give you a warm towel for your face. I just switched to Dr. Nguyen after seeing her with my 4 year-old daughter and I'm impressed. For starters, the staff is so nice and helpful. They really made my daughter feel comfortable and they were willing to just do as much as she could handle, which ended up being the whole exam with flossing because she was so at ease. The rooms all have TVs in them so you can watch a relaxing tour of Paris or aerial views of Greece, or they can put your x-rays up on the screen for you to see. The x-rays are digital, so not only do you not have to have those sharp plastic films stabbing your gums, but the results are instant and very clear. It was the most comprehensive exam I've ever had. They even checked my palate, floor of my mouth and tmj. During my dental work, they were very open and clear about what they were doing and made sure I was okay throughout. My jaw was hurting from being open so long so they gave me a hot towel to soothe my jaw and let me relax my mouth for a bit. When they got back to work they gave me a stiff foam wedge to hold my mouth open so I didn't have to actively hold it open and that made the rest of my appointment much easier on my tmj. Scheduling has been a breeze so far, they have been very accommodating to my somewhat sparse availability. Hadn't been to the dentist in years & decided to try out Everlast dental cause the reviews were nice! & I'm glad I decided to come here. Her work has been and continues to be outstanding through out all the years I have been with her office. I really like how they scan you in the beginning of the procedure to check for oral cancer. That's very important to me. Dr Nguyen is so professional, very sweet lady.
