Dental Magic does a great job of assessing my needs and providing precise specific solutions. Dr Bartolome read my xray and saw that my new implant would not fit correctly if she didn't modify the existing molar slightly. I've had countless cavities and cleanings and recently had my first crown...which can be scary but the entire process was nowhere near as bad as I thought it was going to be. I recently became a patient of Dr Bartolome again after not seeing a dentist since 2018, needless to say I was a little anxious about my exam and cleaning and over all condition of my mouth. Dr Bartolome and her staff (all women staff which I LOVE) were so friendly and welcoming, constantly checking my comfort level and anxiety during the exam and cleaning. It was during Halloween time to and Dr Bartolome actually gave me cute little cat ears to wear for fun! Her and her staff make being there an enjoyable experience, that means everything to someone like me with a previous fear of the dentist. I also want to highlight that I don't have dental insurance and their out of pocket prices are extremely fair and reasonable. They went the extra mile to make sure it was perfect, even had me visit the dental lab to ensure color match was perfect. This review is long overdue, and Dr. Bartolome is the best! I have been coming to this office for years. One of my front teeth had a crown on it (car accident that knocked out my front tooth) that was done by another dentist long ago, and that crown chipped. My insurance wouldn't cover a new crown, so Dr. Bartolome who is an artist, was able to temporarily repair the chip. Then a couple of years later it chipped again in another place. Insurance again refused coverage, so Dr. Bartolome fixed it again. At this point, my front tooth was kind of like a patchwork quilt. But you couldn't tell that there was anything wrong because she matched the color, and the chips were undetectable each time. Fast forward another couple of years and it chipped, again. This time, insurance said they would cover it. A temporary was crafted that looked great and I went to the dental lab they use for a color match. I also decided to replace the old veneer on my other front tooth. I am very happy with the result. I appreciate Dr. Bartolome and her staff being patient with me while the tooth chipped repeatedly and insurance wouldn't initially cover it. This is a great practice. Dr. Bartolome excels at her profession and is hilarious. The staff is fantastic, Sheri, Laurie, Julie and Mary are the best. Love them! read more

Dental Magic by far, hands down the MOST AMAZING dental office I've been to! Let me just give my brief reasoning as to why... I haven't been to the dentist in years, I'm talking about about close to 10 years. After having kids, my family became my priority and I put everything else to the side that included taking care of my teeth. Now, 10 years later surprise surprise I started having pain on one of my back teeth and I noticed my gums were swollen around that area and it was difficult and painful to put pressure or bite. So I called to make an appointment at some dental office around my area for an emergency appointment. When I spoke to the receptionist she said since I am not an established patient their next available appointment was 2 months out. I told her I was in a lot of pain and she advised me to my old dental office and I told her that I haven't been to the dentist in years and I moved. I hung up and moved forward to finding an office that would help me and ta daaaaa Dental Magic was that office! They were able to get me in the next day! The staff are the sweetest and very through about explaining everything that they are doing or going to do. Nadia, who is the first person you see as you walk in is so warm and welcoming. Last but not least... the doctor, Dr. Bartolome is PHENOMENAL! Super friendly, very gentle, extremely through, professional. The list can go on and on. I have found my new permanent dental office! Dr. Swearingen ruined my smile when I was 19 years old. I felt he took advantage of me in an attempt to make more money. I went in with a simple issue I had with my smile and being young and naive ended up with 6 veneers I couldn't even afford using Care Credit. I trusted this doctor to give me a beautiful smile but instead ended up with terrible, big, clunky veneers that in no way, shape, or form even remotely resembled natural teeth. When i brought this up I was told it was too late and he could try shaping them. So he shaped them up a little bit, and put a huge chip right on my front tooth, which of course he wasn't liable to fix since I signed some waiver. I have literally spent my entire adult youth (when I am supposed to feel my most beautiful) with giant horse teeth (with a chip on my gumline-not even a natural place for a chip to be) because of this man. Now, 13 years later i can thankfully finally afford to have them removed and replaced (by someone else of course). All I can say is- shame on this man, as a professional he should have KNOWN BETTER. read more

Made a appointment to get my front tooth shave while I was there they gave me a quilt to get a bridge so I said okay at almost the end of the appointment she shave the front tooth that's what I came there for than she said it looks so good that I probably won't come back as she is polishing it know this a cap that she polishing she turns the cap black and I went in there with a white one she did this so I would come back knowing that I have gray hair so I get the estimate on the way out and it's 7500 dollars so I know I only have 2500 dollars to spend so there know way know I have 1black tooth I'll be working with the dental board know and another thing she inflated the price .yes she real nice . read more

I knew I needed a lot of work done going into my first appointment with Dr. Bartolome and after years of braces and dental work that just was never quite effective I was not super excited... Lucky for me, every step of the process has been a breeze--everyone at their office is pleasant and super helpful. Naita makes me feel like I don't have to be in charge of anything, ever, and is so easily available by phone or email. The office itself is clean and cozy as well as tasteful and classy--unlike any dental office waiting rooms I've ever been in for sure. Oh, and on that point, I've never had a long wait time, ever. They are always ready for me at my appointment time--I'm more likely to be late at this point. They check in after procedures and are extremely attentive and conscientious whether it's a cleaning or cosmetics. I'm not even done and I don't think I could be happier with the results.
