Besides this being Arizona, the DESERT, so people need to hydrate in general so they don't die, you need to be hydrated for blood draws as well. So while we're being forced to wait around for 3 hours are we just supposed to pee on the side of the building or something?! TLDR: absolute shit show of an operation. They don't accept insurance here since you need a doctor's order to bill insurance, but you can submit the receipt to your insurance for possible reimbursement. I haven't tried it yet so I'm not sure if it works. You can basically request just about any lab test here without needing a doctor's order. Very handy if you know what you need. The staff is always professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I've been in and out very quickly. The facility is clean. I highly recommend this place!

The waiting room was not great, just a standard waiting area with chairs everywhere. Once taken to the back, the room where they did the blood draw was dirty and could have used a good cleaning. The phlebotomist was asking me questions about the doctor's orders and what the code was for that doctor....how am I supposed to know that? I had an appointment with my doctor, but I saw a PA because my doctor wasn't in. No shade to Physicians Assistants, but they should have told me. Probably because they were down at doctor, which I didn't know at the time, once they put me in the exam room I was in there waiting for about 40 minutes. Thankfully, they have free guest Wi-Fi. They also do in-house blood work on a walk-in basis, which is very convenient. And Dr. Sachdeva is very caring and takes time to explain everything to her patients -- she's not trying to churn and burn like the insurance companies would prefer. Still, I have to knock down a star for the crazy wait in the exam room and lack of communication.

This was BEST case scenario! They even called me beforehand with a few questions regarding the orders my Dermatologist sent over so they could get organized and be ready by the time I arrived. Unfortunately for these nice employees, their internal systems weren't functioning. I mean, that would cripple an entire restaurant for hours -- let alone a lab !!
