I have booked with Eversnap twice already (and about to book again). I started hosting murder mystery parties for my birthday two years ago and found Eversnap online. Both photographers were very quick in providing the edited photos, and I have had a great experience both times. In 2018, my photographer was Ross, and right off the bat, he's good at communicating with me (especially since I had booked about three months in advanced). He was prompt and very professional. He was very good in balancing out candid and posed shots. Even though I was the birthday girl and had the most shots, he was really good with making sure every guest I had were represented enough in the photos (I had less than 20 guests). What I especially liked about Ross was there wasn't a lot of idle time, and he was really good with taking every opportunity and catching the right moments. In 2019, my photographer was Madeline. She was great as well, especially with balancing out candid with posed shots. Her photos were very well edited and she got to capture a lot of awesome moments! My only tiny complaint about her is that in comparison to Ross, she seemed to take a lot less photos and spent plenty of times just sitting there. For comparison, Ross gave me about 230 photos, while Madeline only gave about 170. Regardless, her photos were great, so I can't complain much haha. I will continue to use Eversnap in any events I host because it's super easy to use. I also like the flexibility of paying 50% of the price upfront, and 50% after the event. read more

I found this company on Craigslist. I was looking for an affordable way to have a lifestyle family photo portraits taken. Because I had more questions, I called and talked to Almond and she was so helpful and friendly! She answered any questions I had. Even though we booked on short notice, we were still able to find a photographer. I booked and paid online, which was very simple. Then the photographer emailed me about the details. The photographer, Tomas Demenis was very nice and we had a fun experience. After he put the photos on the Eversnap website and you can download which ever photos you want! They also have an app you can also use on the phone as well. The pictures turned out great! We will definitely book with this company again! read more

I can't say enough kind words that would describe our experience with having Kimberley Ashley as our photographer during our cultural Cambodian wedding ceremony at home. This is the second time we've used Eversnap. This time for our sons 2nd birthday. We had Ross as our photographer this time, and he did not disappoint. He took so many awesome pictures, we are so happy. It's so nice to not have to worry about stopping what we are doing to take pictures during the party. Plus unlike Ross, I'm not willing to get down on to the ground for a better angle. And that's exactly what he did at times, he was that committed to getting the perfect shot, and he did, so many, many times. We will definitely be using Eversnap again, and if Ross is available, he will be the one we request. Booking is easy, prices are reasonable, excellent photos, the app is awesome! 5 stars for Eversnap. Another update ! Eversnap worked out great for us! We booked our date early for our son's second birthday and received notifications well in advance of the party as well as immediately before the date that everything was confirmed. We even received notifications during the party to give us a heads up that we had another 30 minutes left to get in any last shots we wanted. Kimberley was our photographer and she was fantastic! She called us a week before the party to go over the shots we wanted and answer any questions we had. I asked about the cameras she used (a pair of good Nikon DSLRs) and whether she shoots in RAW or not (she does). She had already reviewed our shot list and we were all on the same page in terms of getting shots with the cake before the party started. Kimberley even offered to come 15 minutes early to take such shots which I thought was considerate but not necessary. On the day of the party, Kimberley had arrived at the venue early. She helped us bring the balloons in and then set to work. She got some great photos, candid shots, and followed the kids around to get just the right angle. She took the time to think about what shots would capture the event and suggested some shots that we could time right for her to capture. We enjoyed her company as Kimberley was enthusiastic, interested, engaged, and very friendly. She had the photos posted within a few days and the photos came out great. Nice use of aperture to get the perspective shots, great closeups, and she got everyone in the party in one shot or another. Definitely go here. I was not aware I needed headshots for Musical Theatre auditions so I went shopping around. The have the best price by far in the area for the most photos. Other places wanted 300 for one photo! I paid 120 and got 35. The pictures were beautiful and very well done. And the photographer was sweet and very friendly. read more

I will agree with the only other average reviewer. Eversnap I will give them props for their professionalism, their on-time photographer. But I have had a great photographer in the past and she was a perfectionist. She was very $$$ as one would expect so we tried Eversnap due to their outstanding yelp reviews and much lower cost. I can see why it's lower in cost. The photos are subpar! The photographer never really directed us in terms of how to stand/etc. He was very hands off / natural look I guess. Some of the photos of the lighting were just below average/an amateur photographer would have taken equally the same photos. The more I look at the photos the more I don't like any of them. It's really just a waste of time and money at this point. In all seriously, I would NOT recommend them for a wedding. I don't know how the other folks entrusted their most important day to an average company for photos. I went to a wedding photographer who specialized in wedding photography. This was our first photography company we hired for our baby's birthday. We found the business on yelp and contacted them. We booked a 3hr session for the celebration and they did accept our yelp voucher as part of the payment. The photographer (sorry dont remember the name now, thanks to my crappy memory) showed up exactly on time, talk about punctuality. We briefly met, shook hands and then We got busy with the guests and celebration. The photographer was very courteous, captured the moments without anyone's knowledge and the best were kids pictures which are extremely difficult to capture. I had made a last minute booking with Eversnap after such good reviews and they were very accommodating to my schedule and consistent in making sure my needs were addressed. From booking online to making reservation changes on the phone, Michelle was informative, accommodating, and fast in responding to me. Thank you Michelle! I reserved a 2 hr session, but with 2 kids, I think 1 hour was more than enough. I would suggest that if you have children, 30 min - 1 hr is good enough. First, I really appreciated the ease of instantly checking availability, getting a quote, and booking online. With a big family birthday party to plan and a long to-do list, I really didn't want to spend an afternoon calling/emailing photographers trying to compare prices and availability. Eversnap made it simple. Within a couple days they sent me the photographer's name and contact info, and in the days before the event itself I got a confirmation message plus a call from the photographer, Ross, to confirm his arrival time. Ross was a total pro who not only captured a ton of great moments, but also worked with the restaurant staff to rearrange tables and make space for us to get a group photo (I was sure there wasn't going to be enough room for it, but he made it work). He was discreet but got great coverage of people, decor, and little details that helped capture the spirit of the event. Best of all, having him there (and at a reasonable price) left me free to manage other event logistics, greet guests, and generally be engaged with the party in a way that I couldn't have been if I were simultaneously trying to take photos. A couple days after I booked online, Almond called me and recommended that I should extend my photographer for an extra hour (totalling 2 hours), so we can get the best experience.
