What I immediately noticed was how very clean and sanitary it was in the studio. Hospital clean. Obviously a priority to them. That was a must for us. The second thing I experienced is how friendly and patient Eric was with my wife and I. Both being novices we had a ton of questions, and Eric patiently took his time and answered every one of our inquiries until we were at ease. Eric is so easy to talk to, he turned our qualms into confidence in him and his services. What a relief!! He showed us his inventory and explained our options including the pricing and features. He knew what each piece of jewelry was made of, the benefits to it and the value to each of them...he obviously knows his business like no one else. Bottom line? We both left extremely happy with Eric and will be back soon. Great price, professional services, dedicated to sanitary conditions in his shop and tools, and an ample inventory of products.
