Crystal is no longer there and they replaced her with some moron! Not only did she butcher my dogs haircut-I picked my dog up and she was bleeding so much...finally discovered it was coming from her foot! The new girl cut a huge chunk out of my poor dogs paw pad and we couldn't get it to stop bleeding!! She did everything but apologize, even blaming me, walking her to the car Saying she could've stepped on some thing, but it was obvious what had happened. I understand mistakes happened, but this was ridiculous and no accountability for what happened. I gave the store a lot of money over the past year and to be subjected to this is not OK!
