Sweat 716 is a pretty accurate name for this business, I was sweating a lot in Buffalo that evening taking their Boy Band Barre class. $18 for a drop in class seemed kind of pricey, but doing a Barre class has been on my list of things to do, so I thought what the hell! Pros - Girl power! Lots of energy and all body types welcome. Also the decor- very inspiring and motivating . The music was full of energy (and 90s pop) . I did work up a sweat as mentioned ! Cons- price! (we went over that ) Also , there were easily 20 ladies (if not more) packed in this tiny studio . Respect the high demand, but it made the room stuffy and there is nothing worse than a sweaty butt in your face . Also , and I could be mistaken, but I thought barre class involved a bar where you balanced, did legs lifts , squats , etc working smaller muscles. We did work some of those target areas I saw on videos online , but no bar in the studio was being used. It was more mat work that ended up really bothering my knees. The question is would I attend again ? Maybe, but only if they were offering a special for a beginner friendly class. But for those advanced students looking for a challenge -this is all you!

AAA+ BOOTCAMP class Includes working out the abs, arms, and booty.

The best classes with a great vibe. The workout classes that I've taken include: HIIT, barre and Pilates, spin, and TRX. Would recommend any class for a good workout! They also include a class just for stretching. Who wouldn't need that? 10/10.

I never liked going to the gym and couldn't push myself and that's why I decided to start taking classes. This is when I found EveryBODY+ and my life has seriously changed for the better. This studio offers so so many classes that anyone can find something that makes them happy. I have NEVER had a bad class or a bad instructor here. It is affordable and truly the most positive and supportive environment for anybody or anyone. The owner, Cristy, makes everyone feel so welcomed and loved. The studio is two floors and offers pole classes, barre, pilates, spin, step and so much more. I have been coming here for two months and have seen not only a difference in my physique but also my mind body connection, and mental health. I truly cannot recommend this studio enough. Inclusive, effective and truly a one of a kind experience.

This deserves more Stars but I was worried it'd be flagged as fake. I afore Everybody Plus. The staff is courteous and friendly. They take the time to learn about you as a person and share in your enthusiasm as you work on your fitness journey. Not only do they provide classes that kick your ass, they also have Mindful Mobility which really just gets you into a peaceful state while you stretch; leads to total relaxation! 15/10 would absolutely recommend to friends and family and I have!!!

The wall between the workout area and the lounge area has a cool etching!

This is a great fitness studio right on Swan Street in downtown Buffalo. (It's just past Black Button Distilling, which I love.) There isn't a separate parking lot but you can park in front of the building, on the street, or further down the road, just past Michigan, on the street. I took a Ratchet Step n Sweat class with Amanda P at 5:15pm last night and Spinsta Famous class with Cristy at 6:00pm last night. I haven't taken the step class before. It was tough but great. It incorporated many different types of moves. The ab ones were the toughest for me. The spin class with Cristy was really tough but fun. I've taken spin there before but not with her. She's very encouraging. On Wednesday May 29, I took an Ain't Plié-in No Games class with MJ. It's a barre class. She's the owner. It was tough and challenging. On Saturday April 20 at 8:00am I took a Scared HIIT-less class with Amanda P. She's my favorite teacher there. She's so enthusiastic and makes me want to try harder and come back for more classes. On Sunday March 31, I took an Ain't Plié-in No Games (barre) class with Amanda B at 9:30am. It was tough but fun. On the same day at 10:30am, I took a Spin-sta Famous class with her. The spin class was great. On Saturday March 2 I took an Ain't Plié-in No Games (barre) class with Amanda P. On Tuesday February 26, I took a Spin-sta Famous (spin) class with Anna F. On Friday February 22, I took a steel mace and kettlebell class with Judy. It was part of their grand reopening. That class was free. They had champagne, fruit trays, veggie trays, and other healthy foods for their attendees. I was able to look up my past classes on the MINDBODY app. That's how you book your classes. It's prepay only. They offer packages, if you want to but more than one or two classes. It ends up saving you money in the long run. The gym looks really cool. They have a nice fitness studio and an upper area where you can workout too. They have a lounge area with a couch with fun pillow on it, water, and a tv. Just past that area is the hallway where the locker room is just to the right. It has a separate male and female bathroom, lockers, and I think a shower too. Straight ahead, just to the left of the locker room, is where their massage therapist works. To the left of that door is a water fountain and a door where people who live in the apartments between Black Button Distilling and Sweat 716 work out. When my busy schedule allow it, I'll definitely be back for more classes. Each class is tough but fun and interesting. Each instructor is quite motivating and brings a lot of zest to each class.

They wouldn't allow me! I got bored fast and they wouldn't allow me to skip levels. So I quit. I learned more at home. (This was 3 years ago) Then I tried to join Allure Fitness in Hamilton but they wanted to start me at a level 1 when I CLEARLY wasn't a level 1 student! Why should I be forced to start at the beginning when I was advanced? That made no sense to me so I didn't join. Then I found SASS!!! I love SASS! At SASS I am able to work at the level that I want, at the pace I want, and not be forced to start at a level 1. Everything is individualized. You spend the entire time on the poles. You are learning from the number 1 best pole dancer in Canada! She knows her stuff! The classes are longer and I learn faster and way more than what I would of learned at any other studio in Hamilton!!! SASS also has an amazing atmosphere. SASS welcomes anyone and everyone from any walks of life. There is a real sense of community and everyone cares about each other and helps each other out. If you are serious about learning the art of pole and want to get in to the best shape of your life and be apart of an amazing community, then join SASS! I promise you won't regret it! Just saying! :)

They have a check in table when you walk in, get your heels (if you want), get changed and head over to the studio where there were plenty of poles for you to choose from. The entire experience and our instructor was amazing. It's something that none of us have ever done before so it was brand new to the entire party. The entire experience was fun but very hard, as some moves were difficult to do as a newbie. I love that they had spray bottles for each station so that you can wipe your pole before and after your lesson, since there was another group before us. The entire space is also covered with mirrors for you to check yourself out/ see if you're doing the moves properly. Overall, such a great experience and fun activity to do with friends! Came here to attend one of the restorative yoga class in the smaller room across from the main studio. I can only comment on the facilities since the classes I attended is not one of the class on the regular schedule and the class was excellent! The room is really small and can only fit 5 student comfortably. I do like small class size but the floor is just really dirty and dusty. There are though enough props to go around. Noise level is quite high as it is facing Queen Street and you can even feel the vibration while lying on the floor if there is a "party" or a class going on next door. I though interest in one of their regular Pole Dancing Class, I definitely would try to come back to take one soon. Or maybe even organize a bachelorette or a divorce party here!

Now that the new year has started, I'll be spending plenty of time at the location that kicked off my experience. This location is at the corner of Main and West Ferry, so it's easy to get to from most directions. There is off street parking, which can fill up quickly, but I've never had an issue with street parking and finding a spot right in front of the building. It's easiest to enter through the back entrance in the parking lot, that door is closer to the storage area and restroom, and there's more room to switch out of your shoes and into those grippy socks. If you forget your socks, never fear, there are socks and other gear for sale, just like the other locations. Downtown is definitely the smallest of the three locations, so classes fill up early here. Do yourself a favor and sign up in advance, especially if you're trying to go to Barre Resist. As always, the taller barre is in the front. Don't fear the tall barre, some moves are just easier on it. I promise, you'll be fine. This studio has all four classes on the schedule, although as of this review, there aren't any Barre Bounce classes at Downtown. I tend to go for standard Barre Centric (also in 45 minute express format) and Barre Resist (for those PT friendly stretches). Barre Bounce originally debuted here, and I preferred it here with the high ceiling, although the chances of actually hitting the ceiling were low. If it's your first time, consider choosing a class with either co-owner, Gia or Rachael. Both ladies are wonderful teachers and truly enjoy what they do, and it's obvious to anyone watching. Now that I'm in the middle of a barre challenge, I know I'll be spending lots of additional time at the Downtown location. Barre Centric is a great place to make big changes with small moves. Take it up an inch and down an inch downtown!

This may be the best run studio business in Buffalo (2 locations, one Buffalo, one Clarence). Ive…read morebeen coming back to the Buffalo location since they offered a special with Revolution, just down the road on Main. If you don't know what Barre is, here's a layman's explanation: Ballerinas are the result of hours, days, months, years of practicing the art over and over. At Barre the instructors are all ballet trained, and the classes are based on the moves they did millions of times in the past. Anyone can do the moves, which is great. You see people of all shapes and sizes here, its friendly to all. No matter your past ballet experience, you will see results here from day one, and you'll see improvement over time if you stick with it. I know this from personal experience. You arrive here to a clean and well lit studio and parking lot. Even when its dark, the parking isn't. Gotta love that in the winter. You can come in either the front or back doors, but the "changing area" is in the back. They do ask that your outside shoes come off right at either door, don't track that salt and other wet stuff in. You wear socks or Barre socks (which many wear for yoga too, those footies with little grippy things on the bottom). I wear regular gym type socks and they work just fine. But you can buy the other kind here, and I think that's what most people do. At this location they offer 4 classes - Barre Express - 45 minute Barre class Barre Centric - 60 minute Barre class Barre Bouce - Barre on the trampoline. Yep, on a trampoline. Everyone has their own small, low to the ground, trampoline. There are various moves done on it, interspersed with some other floor work. Its a whole new ballgame from Barre, but lots of fun and challenging in a different way. Barre Cardio - Barre at a faster pace with some different moves The class most people take is Barre Centric, and its offered the most as a result. The Barre Express is often offered at lunchtime I have found. The classes remain more or less the same for a few weeks at a time, so you are not spending each class trying to figure out what's going on. For someone like me, that's great. If I had ballet training it might not matter as much, but I appreciate the consistency. The other location in Clarence doesn't have Barre Bounce, but does have Barre Stick, which uses Pilates sticks in class. You can go to either studio, and I gather that many do mix it up depending on where they will be that day. Classes here start right on time. As a result, its rare for anyone to arrive late, so everyone is pretty focused on the class from the start. I love that they start and end on time. Makes things easier to plan. There is a changing room here with cubbies for your things. Its got plenty of hooks for the winter coats too. The rest room is large with a shower that's fully stocked with shampoos and lotions etc.. Some people do use the shower and facilities Ive found. They must bring their own towels as none are available here. But the facilities are very nice and always so clean. There are even some men who are taking Barre here these days. Nice to see that in the mix. ** The reasons I think its the best run studio in Buffalo - The owners have created a schedule and color patterns that's consistent with the two studios. They have the same themes running throughout. The owners teach tons of classes themselves, but they also hire women who are well trained and consistent in temperament with each other. There is no visible drama here in the workplace. Its a fun place to be as well. As a studio junkie, I have plenty of experience with studios, and this is a well run, well organized, very pleasant place to "get your exercise on".
