It's been several years since I purchased a swimsuit. I purchased one here about 10 years ago and it is still is great condition. I was very apprehensive about purchasing a new swimsuit due to some scars. But Audria made finding the perfect swimsuit a great experience. Audria is the very best! I told her what I was looking for and she brought me several suggestions in several sizes. I couldn't get the straps on my back adjusted correctly but she even did that to make the swimsuit fit perfectly. I went back the following week to purchase an additional swimsuit. The store didn't have my size, but they ordered it for me instead of just telling me to go home and order it on-line like many stores do. I recommend this store to anyone needing a good quality swimsuit. The customer service is outstanding. The quality is the best. read more

Buyer beware. I enjoyed the service and the staff at Everything But Water. However, the quality of the swimsuit after one wear is disappointing and I will not be shopping here for swimsuits ever again. I wore the swimsuit I purchased once in a residential pool one time with friends then gently rinsed the swimsuit in the shower after I returned home. The next day, the suit has significant pilling and wear beyond what I have ever experienced with swimsuits from other brands (Cupshe, Summersalt, Boden, etc.) that are still in excellent shape after several years of wear in identical activities. I attempted to resolve the issue with the store within four days of my purchase and the physical store does not accept returns for defective products. The online customer service department told me the fabric is delicate and basically not to have any contact with the swimsuit and other surfaces. Given the price of the bathing suit and the price point at this retailer, don't shop here unless you want to spend $150+ per wear. You're better off buying from swimsuits Amazon if you actually want use your swimsuit for more than sitting on a towel or standing alone in a pool. read more

The second we walked in, we were greeted by both ladies working. We walked to the right, and we were approached by Nikki, who asked us what we were looking for. We were just going for my mom, and my mom told her what she likes to wear, and Nikki told us she'd pull some pieces for my mom. My mom didn't have to pick out one swimsuit (which we don't normally do because we're both very particular). I wasn't going for myself, but I decided to try a suit on, and while I was doing that, Nikki brought me a few more to try, and I ended up getting two. Nikki brought my mom many suits (she never even had to ask either of us our sizes). She even picked out a suit for my mom that my mom didn't like the look of on the hanger, but I told her she needed to try it on anyway, and it ended up being so gorgeous on her that she had to get it! Nikki was the best salesperson we've ever had! She has such a gift, and she's so kind and helpful. I hope we get her every time!! read more

I had been shopping online but knew I had to go in person to buy a swimsuit. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by Serina. She gave me the layout of the store (warm colors over here/cooler tones here/sale items there). I had also mentioned I had a coupon from when I signed up online and she said I could use it. I felt very overwhelmed, had no idea what to look for or what size I needed. Serina guided me and helped me with sizes and took my items from me and helped me start a dressing room. Serina gave me feedback on every suit I tried on to ensure I had a good fit. She also went and pulled a few coverups that I might like. The manager Brandi also came by and assisted as well. I decided on a swimsuit and I was very happy with my decision and I'm so glad I didn't order online! I probably would have ordered the wrong size and would have had to wait even longer to get the swimsuit I wanted. When I finally decided on my swimsuit, I told Serina that I felt like I was on Say Yes To The Dress except it was Say Yes To The Swimsuit. The overall experience and professionalism of this store and employees here were top notch. I always enjoy my time here, however, my wallet does not. I would give this location five starts, but the staff wasn't very helpful and I had to search on my own. They were kind, but not helpful. The top I got cost me 90 bucks. My tops typically cost around that much because of my size, so even though its pricy, its what I expected. The top fits well and I know I will be able to wear it for years to come. If you're looking for something unique or something in your size, you should give this place a try. read more

Looking for a bathing suit can be a daunting experience. Most of us have body image issues and thanks to Rosie Huntington, screwing up the courage to try on swimwear is akin to walking a tightrope across the Grand Canyon. Since all of my swimwear is seriously outdated & tired, I found myself parked in front of EBW yesterday with a sheen of sweat across my forehead debating if I really needed to step inside. Oh what the heck, go for it. The boutique is bigger than I thought with a very abundant selection of suits. I was immediately greeted by a young, thin & gorgeous salesperson named China (what in the world is she doing working here when she could easily be a model). I fought the urge to tuck my tail & run while she showed me around the showroom, pointing out the new arrivals, mix & match separates, resort wear, cover ups (definitely interested in these...) and accessories. She asked me if I was looking for anything in particular (how about my body circa 20 yrs ago?), my name & then left me alone to look around. I approached the racks with uncertainty which turned into enthusiasm when I started pulling different styles & colors. Before long, my hands were laden with several choices & China started a fitting room for me. I carefully looked at every suit in all corners of the salon, I didn't want to take the chance that I would miss "the one". Satisfied that I had laid my eyes on every style, I hit the dressing room and Boy Howdy! I think there was one of everything hanging there. Surprisingly I found 3 suits that I absolutely fell in love with. A gorgeous Tommy Bahama white bikini for the cabana, a fun black, white & royal blue by Swim Systems for swimming and a sassy Michael Kors red / white striped for tanning. While my husband doesn't understand my logic in suit choices (the cabana, really? Yes, really) he loved them all, especially the sassy one. EBW offers a vast assortment of styles and the staff friendly, helpful & discreet making my overall experience pretty painless. I actually left the store excited about my new purchases! read more

It was my first time shopping at this location and I had an excellent experience worth writing in about. Nikki greeted me upon arrival and guided me through the store, which I found overwhelming at first, seeing that there were so many options to peruse through. She helped me pick appropriate swimwear pieces for my upcoming trip. As an active mom of two little ones, coverage was a priority to me, and Nikki helped me select the right swimwear for the occasion. What really compelled me to write in about my experience was Nikki's incredibly happy and positive demeanor throughout my time there. She was pleasant, helpful during my fitting and provided positive (and honest!) feedback. At one point, I even overheard her singing along to the music in the store and thought, "Wow! She is really happy! She is really embracing the vacay vibe!" I really thought that was delightful and honestly just reflected how comfortable the staff makes you feel there. Awesome!! Something for all body types snd amazing service from Nikki!!! Heading o the beach as out of Covid prison (vaccinated) and went to get a new suit. Over 50, not the perfect body and dreading the experience. Said a little prayer sitting in car before going in that it would not be a miserable experience and I would find one suit that didn't make me look old and flabby! Thanks to Nikki found 3!!! She is amazing. Knows your body and want let you buy too big or too small. This woman is the key to this place. I dreaded going to buy a swimsuit this year, esp since COVID and the 5-10lb weight gain (mostly just untoned flab) occurred! But, I absolutely love this store and the customer service they provide!!! Love sweet Nikki. That sweet girl helped come in the dressing room and push up, pull up, and squish in all that unforgiving flab into about 50 suits that I hesitantly tried on. She was running her butt off helping me, and at least 5-8 other women, try on, switch out sizes and manage to keep us all taken care of!!! She is the absolute best! She's also gorgeous, btw! Most of all, they don't make u feel uncomfortable or judged. They are very knowledgeable about ALL the swimsuit brands and how they fit and what is best suited for ur body type. EBW is lucky to have her working for them, she's a gem! All the other girls in the store were friendly and helpful too. I got there late and they were so nice regardless that it was past closing when I finished in fitting room. Sorry to say the suit I feel in love with was $30 less expensive on Amazon. They refused to price match! So although I enjoyed my shopping experience and the staff was excellent I bought the exact suit from Amazon instead... And cover up... Be prepared to spend some serious money for a swim suit here but get very attentive service that's actually helpful. read more

Was welcomed right away, but it stopped there of feeling welcomed for me. I am a small girl and their selection is wide for all sizes but finding a top and bottom that matched or even tried to just find my size was unrealistic. When asked if they had any in the back the girl just smiled and said no sarcastically while walking away. I walked around a bit and a girl unloading a new shipment looked miserable while walking towards me. I get it to move out a person's way if they have objects especially heavy ones. The girl just kept looking at me to move but the aisles are narrow enough for her to go around. I felt like I was a pain of an ass to her the way she kept gesturing to me. I was looking for a pair of board shorts and I asked the girl at the counter if they had any board shorts. She first looked annoyed I even spoke to her, pointed at an aisle and said "we only have one" and pointed at an aisle....like that helps any with a whole aisle of black bottoms. Needless to say effort of the sales team is lost at sea for them. Such a disappointing trip. read more

I have multiple swimsuits from here and absolutely love them. The swimwear is quite pricey but I continue to go here due to the customer service, quality of the swimwear, and having multiple of my family members only wearing Everything But Water swimwear. I moved farther into downtown and have not been since last summer. I do not plan on returning here. The previous times I have shopped here I was driving a nicer car and was wearing nicer clothes and was treated above and beyond. However, I just finished working out and am driving one of my company's delivery trucks at the moment since I took my lunch break to try and find a swimsuit. I parked up front not thinking anything of it and when I walked in no one greeted me. I assumed the staff may have been busy and not realized I had come in. Another customer came in a couple minutes later and two different staff members made sure the customer was welcomed and helped. I was not offered help until I had been there over 15 minutes looking for a particular style of swimsuit. Unless you have a nice car and are wearing nicer clothes, don't bother coming here, no matter how much you're willing to spend. I gave two stars, rather than one, because of the quality of the swimwear. Save your time and shop online. read more

A lovely lady named "V" spent over an hour with us bringing us suit after suit from a huge selection and we left with three suits my wife is thrilled with. A little pricey, but again, we would have shopped all day at different department stores looking for her odd size in her taste. I loathe shopping, let alone for swimsuits. This place was an absolute treasure to find!! I didn't have to do ANYTHING, just try the suits on. The staff literally got to work as soon as I walked in. They asked only a couple questions regarding size and style and away they went. Thanks to their help, I found 6 swimsuits I LOVED... I had to stop there, because honestly my bank account would've gasped if I bought even the 6 suits. So, the staff went another bonus round and even helped me decide which 2 to pick of the 6!! I have never felt more welcomed, catered to, comfortable, and complimented as I did shopping with these wonderful ladies!! read more

I visited this store without realising they close at 6pm. They were already closing when I arrived. But the very kind and helpful assistant, Crystal, opened the door and said 'Come on in.' She asked what I needed and took down several, ie a lot of, swimsuits for me to try. She was so helpful, so friendly and never made me feel like I had to rush. I ended up finding a great suit and a sun hat. I will definitely go back to this location and have Crystal help me :) She truly went above and beyond what was required of her and I appreciate it. read more
