I absolutely love Farm Rio, so I was so excited to discover their store on Melrose. It's stunningly beautiful inside and the salespeople are very kind. However, there really isn't much in the way of actual clothes to try on. There's way more online or with other retailers like Anthropologie or Nordstrom. The store is beautifully designed, but it's to hide the fact that they have a lack of actual merchandise. They also only have one size of everything out on the floor, which feels limiting and restrictive for anyone who isn't a size 0. I'm sure they have more sizes in the back, but that's not a great look in the era of body positivity. I still love the brand, but unfortunately the store was a miss for me. I'll continue to shop online instead. read more

Love the store, love the clothes, and love the service. The Farm Rio shop just opened in West Hollywood and it did not disappoint. I love the brand, I think they have amazing prints. I love how Farm Rio mixes and matches various prints with each other, creating a new and unique look. For today, I stopped by after work and was greeted by Kacey. She was excellent. She provided great customer service and was attentive to my shopping needs. The store is clean, open and airy. I love the decor inside and the changing huts aka changing rooms. It is located in a great spot in West Hollywood, next to all the other shops and restaurants. Thank you Farm Rio, I'll see you soon! read more

I am a Farm Rio addict! I live in Alaska and Hawaii however, and have to order online and hope the Medium is the same as the last Medium I ordered. This has not always worked. I was visiting Beverly Hills and imagine my surprise when I learned there was a Farm Rio STORE less than 2 miles away. I went in twice and walked away with 4 fantastic pieces, all of them smalls so I would have never tried them online. They had items in the store that were out of stock online if you'd believe it! They have so many styles. The girls there are soooooooo nice and helpful. They made recomendations I never would have thought of and found me some screaming deals. We chatted about Alaska and they even swapped dining recomendations. They really made it a "Farm Rio Expierence." Shoping there was as unique as the brand! If you think Farm Rio is unique, try an auctual Farm Rio store and have yourself one heck of an expierence. 100% Recomended! read more

I love the website and ordered 2 tops. The one shirt came in and it was huge on me, I emailed them to see if I could exchange it for something of equal or greater value. I was told I could only order the same top in a different size if the size was available. My size was not available, while I understand this is their policy, I would have to refrain from ordering from Farm Rio. When buying clothes on line, I feel companies should practice better exchange policies for this very reason. 125 dollars wasted but a valuable lesson learned. read more

We had so much fun at The Farm Rio Store. The Staff was superior. Knew their inventory, they were helpful, they were honest, gave us great options and helped us choose the best option for my nieces wedding. Will definitely shop there again!!!! If I could give more stars I would!! read more

I wish I could give twenty stars because this INCREDIBLE store just gave me the BEST shopping experience of my entire life! My bestie took me here for my birthday because I am a Farm Rio FANATIC, and there are no words for how amazing the experience was! Not only is the store an absolute visual masterpiece, I mean you try the clothes on in a STRAW HUT...a HUT!!! But the store is just magical. The stunning clothes are displayed in just a way that you feel like a celebrity at Paris fashion week. THEN...the AMAZING store manager curated the most special room for me with pieces from every collection and two of the greatest sales associates ever attended to my every need and allowed me to give them all a fashion show of over twenty pieces, giving their honest opinions and just making me fall in love with the brand even more. Farm Rio is my favorite brand and so special. Their fabrics are incredible, the prints are OUT OF THIS WORLD, and their clothing feels like putting on a ray of sunshine. You cannot have a bad day wearing a Farm Rio dress! Thank you from the bottom of my heart to the three amazing ladies who gave me the BEST shopping experience of my life! I can't wait to go back! Ok let me start by saying these girls at this shop totally saved Farm Rio for me. I ordered my dress online and they sent me a completely different dress and size, I was so bummed since I had ordered the dress for my 18th wedding anniversary. I called another Farm Rio location and they just did not seem friendly and didn't seem to want to help. So I called this location on Melrose and oh my gosh right off the bat they were super sweet over the phone. I made my way to the store and they had so many options ready for me to exchange my dress, totally felt like pretty woman when she was finally able to shop lol. They had so many beautiful dresses and the girls just made the experience so much fun. I ended up getting an additional dress and I absolutely love my dresses. Now I'm not going to order online I'm going to make my way to West Hollywood to shop in person with the girls. Thank you so much for making a situation that was so frustrating into something so fun. read more
