She was super nice & sweet and answered my questions and immediately placed my first order. When it arrived it blew my mind!! I love it so much!!! Once the store opened I was able to visit and make additional purchases. Every time I wear a dress, skirt or any outfit from made by Geebin or from Cossamia I receive so many compliments!! I love that they are exclusive items and not everyone has them :) My favorite part was that I got to meet both Geebin & Rosa whom I so love!!!! They are both super sweet & stunning in person!!!! They have so many cute outfits they are perfect for any music festival. I absolutely love their two piece sets which are perfect for summer! They also have a nice selection of vintage shirts and jewelry. The employed there was also really nice and was helping with sizing. I ended up buying two bikinis which were on sale which was nice. For years they've been at the same location but in January they moved one block north on the same street. They are located on the south west corner of Beverly Drive and Charleville. They are still in town. This shop is great for finding a bathing suit. They have a huge variety. The store associates are always friendly and welcoming. Besides bathing suits they have other beach themed items like hats, sandals, and pullovers. Definitely a fun place to check out. Metered parking on the street and parking lot nearby.

I was gifted one for Christmas and decided to have the hand painted monogramming done on it. I went back and forth with the associate, and even asked how long the paint lasts, does it chip, etc. She assured me the paint was sealed and she's never seen any issues with it. I assumed over time the paint may fade or chip, however mine started chipping a month later. I contacted them and sent pictures, and they agreed to refund the fee I paid to have it painted. However, now I have a bag with chipped initials that I don't like to use. I reached out again asking for suggestions to remove the paint myself and they said it was permanent. Obviously not? Disappointing experience and I would not suggest ruining your bag with the hand painted monogramming service.

I'd recommend bringing just your phone and a credit card, or simply using Apple Pay. The shopping experience itself was well organized. Clothing was sorted by size, making it easy to browse and find items quickly. I don't think this was Eclipse's fault, but it seemed like PopFlex rotated merchandise throughout the week-long sale. My friend visited the day after I did and found skirts and swimwear, whereas my shopping day featured mostly black leggings, onesies, sherpa jackets, and denim jeans. Keep in mind is that you'll want to shop efficiently because the checkout line moved quite slowly. There were only two cashiers working, which created a bottleneck once people were ready to purchase. I ended up buying four items and there is additional discounts offered when you purchased 8+ pieces so my cousin and I combined our pieces. As for parking, the event advertised that the first two hours were free at 123 S. Robertson Blvd, but I was definitely charged by the hour. Overall it was still good to check out the sample sale. If I lived closer, I probably would have returned for another visit, but the drive out to West Hollywood is a bit of a trek for me.

Worst Customer Service Ever!!!!…read more DO NOT COME HERE if you don't want to experience terrible service from people who clearly don't care and even get upset when you point out their mistakes. My husband and I arrived 15 minutes before closing, already knowing which shoes we wanted to see. A young male employee approached us and rudely asked what we needed. Despite his attitude, we politely asked to see the shoes. He returned with a box and said, "Here," but when my husband opened it, it was the wrong pair. My husband approached him and said, "Excuse me, we wanted to see this shoe," and the employee responded with, "IT'S THE SAME STYLE?!?!" My husband replied, "No, it's not," and showed him the difference. The employee then began to apologize, saying he didn't know. My husband told him that if he didn't want us there, he could've just said so, and if he didn't want to help, then he shouldn't have offered. This employee should not be working in customer service. We came in ready to buy three pairs, but because of the poor service, they lost our business--and earned this review instead. To the store manager: Please let this employee know that good service goes a long way. We've shopped here before and had a much better experience. This review isn't meant to bash the store, but to point out that the wrong employees can seriously damage the reputation of a small business.
