After looking at a popular intimate apparel store in Southlake and having a terrible experience, I was desperate when I stopped by Allure. When I entered the store, I was greeted by Shelby, who immediately ushered me into a dressing room and set to work measuring me. She listened to my concerns and preferences, then left to find a bra to try on for size. After determining the correct new size, Shelby brought an array of styles and brands for me to try out. The dressing room was spacious and comfortable. I appreciated the large mirror on one wall that allowed me to get a full body view, and I could see how much better my body looked in clothes with the right sized bra. After trying on numerous bras, I was pleased to find more than one style that I liked, so I ended up buying three and having Shelby add another to my customer profile. She wrapped my purchases in tissue and tucked care instructions and her business card, and invited me back. This experience was so much better than at the other store - it was my first visit, and it won't be my last.

NOT A SINGLE EMPLOYEE GREETED ME, STARTED A DRESSING ROOM FOR ME OR HAD THE CURTESY TO SAY "hello." Many of them walked past me, glanced at me, and walked by. Customers AROUND ME were being greeted by employees and getting help. Needless to say, I returned all of my items and will NOT be supporting this business again.

I went in last Saturday to find some last minute Easter outfit inspo and was never met with even a "hello" just rude, judgey looks for the employees who btw never stopped talking about what dresses they were going to wear to their graduation. I have been to the location in OKC and had the best experience when I was in college so I know it's THIS store that has problems & needs to seriously reevaluate how they treat their customer and how they want their customers to feel. All I wanted to do was exchange them for a different size. Upon entering, I explained that I received the outfit as a gift and that I needed a different size. I also let them know that I didn't have a receipt. I can honestly say that I had a flashback to the movie Pretty Women when Vivian walked into the store and was treated like a second class citizen. The employee was looking at me like I had stolen the items. I again told her about how I received them from a giveaway, and she told me that without a receipt or an email of the person, she could not help me. I didn't ask for a refund- I asked for an exchange. They would not haven been out of any money! Perhaps I don't fit the Southlake mold but I also don't look like a thief, yet she was treating me like I stole the items. The customer service was appalling and I will not ever spend money on this brand.
