When determining what size to order they used a tape measure to demonstrate how the fit would be. There were shipping issues (related to government shutdown and getting through customs) and they strongly advocated with the designer as well as other bridal shops that had the same dress in the event the dress was never shipped! Thankfully the dress was shipped and they helped me connect with an alterations place and expedite the process! I had a wonderful experience!
