Bought a few guns here over the years and sold them two. Brought in an 300 blackout AR pistol that was worth ~$1,000. Was told by some old worker fuddy duddy that it was worth $300 and he would give me $150. I told him he's off but was told "no I get these all the time and always put them on the floor for $300. I said show me them, I'll buy every single one you have! He looked and couldn't find anything close on the floor (obviously). Was very rude about the whole situation and I was shocked. Maybe he was having a bad day or just being lazy trying to see if I would accept a disrespectful lowball. I sold the gun shortly after on armslist for $1,000 cash in about 48 hrs. Overall I've had good experiences here but whoever the old guy is needs to correct his bootyhole persona. read more

The female staff is really friendly. The younger male employee also has ample knowledge on firearms & is very helpful. I have always been warned about the owner over the years but never had a problem until one day this week. The owner was telling me and my buddy that Biden was signing executive orders banning AR pistols today. He said tomorrow was the last day to get orders in and then we would have 30 days to finish the transfer before the ban. He also talked about how online sales of firearm parts would be banned. This was all news to me and he kept trying to talk us into buying an expensive AR pistol around $2000. After leaving the gun store I come to find out that he was just fear mongering in an attempt to get a quick sale. After fact checking him and doing my own research I found that not a single executive order was signed and none of the other claims the owner made were true. I'm not sure why he would do this just to get a quick sale because now he has lost me and my friend's business for life. Also his ammo prices are double what you can get at the shooting range. Ammo prices are already inflated but $60 for a box of 20 is outrageous. His ammo prices have actually always been this way since before the shortage happened as well. This isn't a temporary occurrence due to ammo shortage. I DO NOT recommend this store for anyone looking for an honest gun shop who has the customer's best interest at heart. I yelped this place while working and stopped in to grab a case. The really cool thing about it I was able I I find used ones for cheap. I purchased a sticky for my SW revolver and then I strolled thought the store. The gentlemen behind the counter gave me a quick lesson on how to clean my pistol. Overall they were super knowledgeable and had very friendly customer service. I'll be back to purchase a laser light when I am out that way again. read more

Buyer Beware- I had been looking for a Panzer PB-12 ECC happened to have a used one in the day I visited. Was sold on a story that it was a recent purchase and the original owner was a lefty- took a few shells to face and decided to trade it in lightly used. Upon taking possession of the firearm found several defects any qualified dealer would have noticed. The charging handle could not be secured and fell out upon firing and the pins used to secure the upper to the lower components were completely stripped and loosed upon firing. All that to say signs pointed to a firearm that had taken abuse well beyond a few magazines. Emailed ECC about these issues they recommended I bring the firearm back to them for inspection and repair. They were unable to secure the charging handle or the pins while in the store and recommended I send the firearm to the manufacture for a warranty repair. They did not provide me with warranty contact info or a owners manual so I had to hunt down the information on my own. Upon contacting a certified warranty repair shop I was informed the firearm was over 3 years old (not a recent purchase as sold on), was no longer covered under warranty and based on my description of issues had most likely been abused by firing rounds outside of manufacturer guidelines. All that to say buyer beware - do not accept the story spun to you on a used firearm- anyone can sell a new firearm but only ethical qualified dealers should sell used firearms; properly inspected, fully disclose the history to the best of their knowledge and disclose the warranty period. I had purchased several new firearms from ECC with no issues but this experience has really turned me away from purchasing from ECC ever again. Would welcome a response from their team. read more

Taking advantage of the current situation and people just trying to feel a little safer, after purchasing, given no itemized receipt, I attempted to return once I found out they were charging 278% average price for a box of ammunition. He pointed to a ill placed, and unprofessional sign of all signs final, had no shame in saying he was price gouging and said he wasn't part of the BBB. They "couldn't find" the paperwork and told me they couldn't do anything for me to help me! How does a business lose paperwork over a purchased gun??
