My experience with staff has always been welcoming and informative during my visits over the past few years with both buying and selling firearms and ammo. Store has plenty of stock to choose from and can also easily order items. Location has plenty of parking and is easily accessible for anyone with mobility issues. We're also grateful for their consistent support to the veteran community. We also enjoy the resident mascot dogs when they're around. :)

Eager to earn your business these guys were super helpful and told us about how they make holsters in store which I found neat. Besides being across the bridge I think this location is pretty easy to get to. They have a good amount of stuff you may not be able to find elsewhere and are helpful to locate it if they don't. FFL prices are on the front door which I love, I guess people often ask(: bonus perk there's a dog that they treat well and love, he knew the store better than I did!

While I try my best to avoid having to actually go to stores these days, this experience was terrific.

I've been completely ignored on one day and followed around like I might steal the crown jewels on another. They were able to order football cleats to fit Spawn B. Which is no easy feat. Or feet. There were 4-5 kids who looked like they were 13 or 14 years old hanging out in the shoe…read moredepartment, and I have never heard such foul language in a retail setting in my life. Very unprofessional. When I checked out, the cashier, Vivian, was so hateful. She didn't smile, when I said thank you, she didn't say thank you, she moved at a snails pace and acted like I was interrupting her day and seemed resentful that she had to wait on me. She was a lot more concerned about her hair and nails than she was about doing her job. She had on a Zaxby's T-shirt so it would have been difficult to know that she was even an employee had she not been behind a register. This was my first visit to the store and I will never return.

I can't remember the young lady's name she was a shorter dark hair girl, but I tell you what that manager needs a pat on the back.
