I have visited this store on a few occasions and although the normal staff I am used to seeing has always been very nice and professional with behavior and appearance. However the last two I was met with the same employee. The employee is a rather large fellow (no name tag so I cannot call him out) and was wearing what I can only assume was something he purchased from the store. The shirt he was wearing on both occasions, if you can call it that was a long sleeve completely transparent mesh like shirt with a large opening in the back, Underneath the mesh was a spaghetti strap tank top that was very low, revealing and leaving nothing to the imagination. This has tainted the last two experiences at this location, it is incredibly unprofessional and visually disturbing. I understand that it is a Sex Shop and there is nudity and I am subject to seeing revealing material however it is still a business and there should be some type of dress code for the employees. It has been a very unpleasant experience and corporate needs to address this issue. read more

You'd think when a customer is asking about sizing and mentions that the item usually runs large the person working would mention that there are no returns on any items. Instead of actually helping just saying "well it says it usually fits that size so it should." The staff was unfriendly and not very helpful. The main lady (the oldest one, probably late 40's) constantly gave snarky comments and used a frustrating tone, which is not very good when you are trying to gain the trust of you customers. I would much rather go to an adult store where the staff is friendly and disarming, not assuming and rude. I would highly recommend you avoid this store along with its staff. This place is the mini version of Todd Couples. For such a small place they manage to carry items in every sexual category, including shoes and lots of outfits. The staff is also very helpful and let's you try on whatever you like. The only problem I found was the pricing, nothing seems like a fair deal and that's why I prefer Todd Couples. They also sell the We Vibe 4 for the same price as the company itself sells it, so instead of paying around $300 you will pay about $180. Heather, the store manager, is pleasant and very informative. I went to this store to buy some sex toys on Saturday spent over $300. Went in on Sunday to pick up the item. The box is obvious was already opened since the seal was not broken in my presence. The item is to do kegel exercises which is suppose to pair up with the app. The device light doesn't stay on it just blinks and it doesn't connect with the app. This item is obvious was the display model or an item returned by an unhappy customer because it didn't work and they passed it on to me. I tried to resolve this with the girl that sold it to me what I got from her was all items are final sale no returns, no exchanges. I told her someone has to help me with this because the device doesn't talk to the app. She said to me that she would speak to the girl that was coming to work today 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm. She had no knowledge that I was coming or why was I there for. When I told her I wasn't happy and what was wrong with it. All she says it vibrates it turns on as long as it does that it works. You can send it back to the manufacturer which is in England!!! I am the one that is inconvenience here!!! It makes me upset that when I point to her that is obvious the seal in the box was broken many weeks ago and that it wasn't open in front of me. This makes me believe that I was taken for a sucker and was sold an item that was defective. From this same company that sells the kegel I bought another item on Saturday which the seal was never tampered with. It was brand new and sealed have no issues nor problems with it. I also left them a message early in the morning which I never got a response to and I also left two messages at their website which I never got a response to either. Bad experience. I've purchased items at this store before and there is usually a younger woman, very nice and helpful. I believe she is the owner. This weekend I stopped by and there was an older woman (50+), long brown hair going gray I think. I walked in and went straight to the back where the shoes are. The woman came in behind me and asked if she could help. I told her i was looking for shoes. She asked if the shoes were for work or play. I said that the shoes were for work. She asked me what club I worked at. I said, 'I really don't want to say.' She said, 'Well the reason I ask is because some clubs have different things they look for or are particular about.' I said, 'Yea, that's right but I work different clubs and I already know what they look for but thank you. I'll let you know if I need anything.' The woman stood there for a few seconds(about 4 seconds) looking at me as I looked at the wall of shoes and said, 'Well I need you to leave your bag up at the front. I don't let anyone back here with a bag that big. The same bag that I have had for years and have shopped at this establishment with before. I came in before and the younger woman let me shop without any restrictions. This weekend I felt like a criminal with the older woman. If putting my bag up at the front of the store was a policy, the older woman should mentioned it first but no, she waited. It was never a policy any other time I shopped there. I didn't like the way she looked at me or her tone. Stores should not ask customers to put personal items for holding at the front desk while they shop. If you don't trust me with your items, why should I trust you with mine?!?! I also don't shop at places that want to take my bag at the door; I'm no thief and I refuse to be treated like one! My husband and I stayed in tampa for the weekend and I am so very happy we found this store. Not even 1/2 mile walk from our hotel (Tampa inter-continental hotel) I'm used to Fairvilla mega store in orl. I get lost and self conscience in that big building. Everything sexy 4place is way smaller but is filled with the best sexy clothes, toys, serious toys (LELO brand). The woman at the counter was so very helpful and full of information on any product sold there.
