On the phone, I was met with rudeness and hostility. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, Gus used inappropriate language and spoke to me in a condescending manner. I remained calm throughout the conversation, but he was dismissive and unhelpful. It was incredibly unprofessional and left me with a very negative impression of both him and the company. I explained I would not need them and was told at first you were not taking anything back due to the Covid 19 and as I continued to talk the young lady finally decided to check with her supervisor and came back with the only way to get them returned was to pay for the cost of the return shipping (not sure if it would have been the 15.00 to send them). I have ordered from you for awhile and to not even be offered a courtesy return since we do purchase a nice amount was rather disappointing. I will not be making anymore purchases and would not recommend this company to any of my friends.
