The worst pharmacy ever, I was told I couldn't fill my ozempic in their sister pharmacy, it was transferred to this pharmacy. I never heard anything from the new location. Not even a single call. Had my prescription sent to a local CVS and got my ozempic the same day. What a joke of business. read more

Love this place. My Quest is upstairs so it makes sense to have my pharmacy' in the same place. Just transferred my profile away from CVS to here. Also have gotten all of my Covid vaccines and recently, the flu vaccine too. There usually is no waiting time and they are nice, friendly and fast. Worked with Jay for several years. He's superb at his job and one of the most EFFICIENT pharmacists I've ever come across. Breath of fresh air for all of us Type A folks. Some physicians like writing brand name drugs. Some patients are insistent on brand name drugs (those who do it for no good reason drive me insane!). Jay will actually hunt down and process the coupons, unlike my mortal enemy CVS. Walgreens and Safeway are second on my sh*t list. Most of us are ok with generics. He was almost always able to offer a lower cost for our patients. I'm guessing this has to do with being a smaller pharmacy? We also had patients who paid cash for meds. Sent them directly to Jay. Cost was always cheaper than the big mark-up with chains. Last thing. If you're curious about anything, ask him. He's knowledgeable. When I found out Galderma was coming out with a generic version of their branded medication and that the two medicines were the exact same, mind blown emoji. *waves hello* =) read more

This place is a gem of a pharmacy! The personalized service you receive here is second to none and I've found it to be so valuable. They have saved my family hundreds of dollars over the past year by using coupons and other methods. They were also able to cut through insurance red tape and helped to get a medication covered that had previously been denied when my husband took his Rx to CVS. Dr. Jay Kim is simply the best! Super professional, calm demeanor, attention to detail, very responsive, and wonderful bedside manner - all the qualities that you look for in a pharmacist. Especially helpful during the pandemic, he also offers to regularly mail my prescriptions, which is so great during the recent COVID surges. The only downside is missing his smile and stellar customer service! Plentiful parking in a new, very clean medical building is also a bonus, plus just a mile off the freeway for your convenience. You can tell that he truly cares for his patients and that you're not just a prescription to fill, like a lot of the chain pharmacies out there (not going to name names!). Requested to have my prescriptions transferred to Rite Aid since all of my other prescriptions are with Rite Aid and closer to me. They refused to make the transfer. They lied to Rite Aid by telling them I said I didn't want the transfer. They gave me the run around as to why they couldn't make the transfer which were also lies. I'm still dealing with them trying to get my prescriptions transferred. They are nothing but a headache. read more

Great customer service ! They offered to mail our prescriptions for us which makes it very convenient to use.

Went there last Tuesday for my mom to receive some vaccines she needed. This place was referred to us by her primary physician. First, we arrived and no one acknowledged us. 6 people sitting behind computers, one girl at the front on the phone and no one said anything. A girl from a back room came out and then greeted us. We told her why we were there and then I asked if they had a chair for my mom to sit down on. She recently had a bleeding stroke and couldn't stand for long periods of time. They said no due to Covid. So I told my mom to lean against the counter, thinking that we were going to be helped soon. A lady arrived behind us and was waiting at the door to be helped. The girl that was on the phone at the front desk then approaches my mom and I and says "Can you move out to the doorway so I can ring her up?". She said it with no smile on her face and with a bad attitude. I can take rudeness when its completely directed at me. But to say it to my mom and look at us like we were pieces of crap, is totally unacceptable. I wish I would have gotten her name but she was working on Tuesday at around 230pm. I'm sure my review will go unread by them, but her behavior was inexcusable. Never will I take my mom there again. read more
