I placed an internet order, figuring it would be a safe bet that the part would be available in the morning just as they said it would when I talked to them on the phone. Shortly after ordering I received a call saying that they don't have the part in stock, but a nearby store has it. They told me they would cancel my order and I could pick it up at the store with the part in stock. That store didn't have the part in stock either. So I ordered a part, any it somehow never made it to the pickup store. No explanation on why. Why is it so difficult for to sell auto parts these days? SUPPORT THE SMALL SHOPS!

The young man behind the counter was very helpful showing me a variety of choices and telling me which ones he would definitely not recommend and which ones he thought we're good. I picked a windshield wiper and went to pay. He then asked me if I needed help installing it. I said why yes, that would be awesome. Two guys came out to my car and in 10 seconds put a new windshield wiper blade on my car. In and out with the wiper blade replaced in under five minutes! I highly recommend this business.
