It was very beautiful and expertly done. I would definitely recommend them for glass cutting and mirror cutting. And it seemed reasonably priced. But at the time my husband was working so I'm not sure if it's reasonable on a fixed income. I don't remember how much they charged now. But at the time I remember I thought it was reasonable. This was in 2013. They have a beautiful show room but I wish they shared the pictures of all those specialty mirrors and decor they made.

They backed up too far towards garage and dented the gutter above my garage in two places about 18 -24 inches apart . It also dislodged the downspout on left of garage. The gutter had to be replaced; it cost me time to find a company and 385 dollars for install of a new gutter. At first I thought it was an Amazon truck that was at fault - the height was right. But then I looked at the photos and the placement of the dents. As soon as I saw the Wolverine Glass truck again on 11/8 (my installation was delayed) with metal stuff/ladders sticking out about a foot from the back end of the truck, I knew based on my photos that they had done it. Their demeanor with me was also very different from the first time they were here - they knew I knew. I am owed an apology - and the company's insurance should pay for the 385. In addition, the customer service was below par. They never did courtesy calls to confirm appointments; I always had to call them to confirm. And at the end, I did not even receive a thank you - dirt on shower floor and an invoice via email for the last 50% of the bill. I do not recommend them.

The Feds call for 'Safety' glass to be installed. What makes it 'Safety Glass?" Lamination. When the glass is made, say 1/4" thick, a transparent plastic film is added in the middle of two 1/8" thick thicknesses, you don't see it. The glass is also designed to turn into pebbles when broken. In an accident, when laminated glass is broken, it is held in place by an interlayer, typically of polyvinyl butyral (PVB), between its two or more layers of glass, which crumble into small pieces. Logan Glass has the correct type and thickness of glass on hand, and does the job right. Little details like beveling off the sharp edges.....Done! Price is right as well......
