It requires you to take a ticket to come in and validation is free if you stop by the retail businesses or if you are a resident. This is a convenient location if you are going to an Angels baseball game. PROS + Free charging. Who doesn't like free charging :) + Open chargers, not a busy location (yet) CONS - Validated parking MY RECOMMENDATIONS * Enter the parking structure from Katella and the chargers are to the far left. The side entrance by the bank is for residents only. * If you are going to Angels baseball game, you can charge your car here.
