Starting from lying and racist representative (Lu) and finished with really bad quality of their work that was done in July, not beginning of May as promised! I waited 2 years to post this review. 0 stars!!!! My water chemistry is impeccable! I'm going to Leslie's every week to double check everything! Water is always clear, chlorine, PH and alkalinity are always balanced, water hardness, cyanuric acid, iron, copper, you name it! Everything is in check!!! And yet 2 years to the date!!! Not even!!! 1,5 season because they plastered our pool July 2023, It's June 2025 and a piece of plaster is falling off the wall!!! Literally!!!! A whole in the plaster, it just fell pff the wall !!! If I was willing to live with cracked steps and misaligned steps tiles, but this is unacceptable! I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy!!! I've contacted 3 different companies for an opinion and all of them said that even if water wasn't balanced this should not happened this quick and it is definitely caused because of improper installation. As of now I'm thinking of taking them to court and try to get my money back at least. This is not what I expected at all. Additionally on contract we were promised Diamond bright finish with stones and got plain white low grade plaster!!!! I won't even get into details of how I was treated by sales representative Lu!!!
