Consistent issues with black ants, grasshoppers, crickets, and spiders. Have spoken with supervisor who basically tells me my cameras are wrong and that the treatment was done on the perimeter of home as described when it wasn't. Tired of the excuses and lack of customer service. read more

I called them to come out to spray for wasp because I had multiple wasp chasing me out of my barn, they came out quickly, the technician was extremely polite and personable and made sure all visible nest were gone and now I can go in there safely. The price was great as well. read more

So far, I'm a happy customer. They have been communicative and helpful. They overcharged me on my initial treatment but were quick and apologetic to correct the error. They also didn't do on their initial treatment everything that they said they would be doing, but that said, I don't have any bugs so clearly what they are doing is working. Original Review: Cons: Ineffective visits. Incomplete work. Repeated visits and yet the wasp nests were not removed. Pros: They were willing to do a follow up visit. However the follow up visit was not thorough and it was also not effective. ** Knowing I was not pleased with the work and also showed pictures to them of the ineffectiveness of the work, they still charged the full price With a slew of other good ones I decided to go elsewhere. UPDATE: (9/10/18) Upon posting this review, I was contacted by their accounting office. They made it right. They took of the charge. So, what that tells me is they CARE about their reputation and making it right for their customers. While one can't get every customer right, a company who goes the extra mile to make it right should be given another chance. The professionalism shown bids me to take another glance. And yes, the face they took off the charge for a service customer was not happy with should assure the future customers that they will stand behind their work. Not sure what happened with Bulwark... in the past year they have stood me up three times. I just sat home on. Saturday from 1-4 today waiting. What is really irking me is I spoke with them yesterday and they said this was my time slot. They used to schedule with me, now I get a call the day before they plan to come out, and apparently they expect me to arrange my day around their schedule. Seems like they forgot they are providing a service to their customers, and try to conform to the customer schedule. read more

If it wasn't for Grayson, this would be a one star review. I was VERY disappointed that I continued to see the giant roaches after my house had been treated for them. Every week I saw several, (and I might be mistaken, but I think they were getting bigger and bigger). Finally I called for a retreatment. Grayson was very empathetic to my fear of these things, he told me he would take care of it, and he did. He went over and above, even cleaning cobwebs off my porch while he was waiting for me to get home from work. He treated the outside and inside and said I should call right away if I saw any more. So instead of canceling my contract with Bulwark, I've decided to keep it going. It's people like Grayson who give a company either a good or a poor reputation. In this case, he kept a client for his company, instead of losing one. read more

I have been a customer of Bulwark for about 10 years and they do my pest control and termite monitoring. I have always been happy with the service and the few times I have had additional pest issues, I've called them and they have been able to help within 24 hours. I am seldom home when they come, but today I met Timmothy O who was doing my termite inspection. Tim took some time to chat with me about the service, told me how much the company had been growing. He thanked me for the business over the last 10 years and told me if I had any issues to please call and they would take care of them right away. He went on to say how much he enjoyed working for the company and that it was the only company he had ever worked at that the CEO knew him by name. After the service was completed, he took the time to go over the results and tell me that it was good news and had no termite activity so there was no need to use chemicals. It was one of the best customer experiences I have ever had today. I strongly recommend doing business with this company. read more
