All of the issues occurred within the first couple months after A4dable Kitchens & Baths (also sometimes previously known as Wallace Unlimited prior to rebranding) finished their renovation on the property. My kitchen is still used in their marketing materials on Facebook and other channels Early on, the owner Jeff had come to resolve some more minor issues like the hot and cold water being switched and small issues in bathrooms his company had worked on, and a door knob they installed not being attached correctly. He came once but said he would need to come back for some items then started repeatedly no-show/no-call our appointments which was frustrating and I gave up. Things quickly got MUCH worse. Eventually the incorrectly installed plumbing this company had done led to major flooding/water damage throughout my home requiring replacement of wood floors, dry wall repairs, being displaced from my home for weeks, and thousands of dollars to fix the issues caused by their work. The plumber that corrected the plumbing this contractor had done said "whoever installed this had no idea what they were doing", that it never could have worked properly, and that it did not meet basic standards for how any one with experience would this work. I had other smaller issues around electrical, brand new renovations falling apart, baseboards falling off the walls, and other smaller issues. This company has never apologized, never made an attempt to remedy the impacts of their work, and it concerns me that others may go through what I experienced. I would not recommend this contractor.It was very expensive to fix all of the damage caused by the problems in their work. I want to warn others about the experience I had so that hopefully I can prevent someone else from going through what I went through due to owning a home renovated by this contractor.

In July 2025, we…read moreadvertised a construction job on Yelp to enclose our existing back porch with two walls of windows from floor to ceiling and an eight' sliding glass door. In essence, we wanted it to turn it into a modern-looking sunroom. They were confident they could build it, so we contracted with them to do it as soon as we had HOA approval and obtained a city building permit. They required 50% payment upfront so they could special-order the custom windows and door. After we obtained HOA approval, Mike Davis came to our house and said they can't build it per the contract drawing and tried to persuade us to accept something that had almost as much solid walls as windows, no transom windows, and no more floor to ceiling windows, but with material you could buy from almost any home improvement store. His reasoning was the transom windows would not fit even though he put them on the contract diagram we had all approved. Also, the proposed windows would be narrower and would not be floor to ceiling saying the city building code wouldn't allow it. He also said they could not get the color window frames we wanted, and the frames would be vinyl instead of aluminum as promised. Most of his excuses were found to be incorrect. It was not what we contracted for them to do. This upset us very much and we told his business partner this was probably breach of contract and we wanted our money back so we could hire a different contractor. After we rejected his cheap imitation of what we wanted, we found out his business applied for a building permit with his new drawing, not the contract drawing, and not what the HOA had approved and without our approval. Afterwards, and months of negotiations, they hired a SUBcontractor to do the job. A design with floor to ceiling windows with a large eight' sliding glass door. After many delays, in mid November 2025, the subcontractor installed the sliding glass door and windows. Everything was acceptable except for the screen doors that didn't fit well and had a hole rubbed in the screen. The SUBcontractor said he would have the manufacturer replace the screen doors and would return and install them within 2 weeks. Razcomm was paid in full the following day. In the meantime, it rained and water flooded into the house under the window frame. This was reported to Jason, the business partner, to relay to the subcontractor to fix. The subcontractor never returned to do anything. According to Jason, the subcontractor would not respond to his texts. Finally, after months of requesting every other week for someone to fix the leak and the screens, Mike came and put caulk under the frame to stop it from leaking. He said he would fix the hole in the screen but never returned. He and Jason were blaming everything on subcontractor, but our contract is with Razcomm--not the subcontractor. As of today, their website on google could not be reached and neither Mike nor his business partner answer texts or email from us.

Unfortunately, what unfolded was nothing less than a nightmare. I contracted them to install an 8-foot cedar fence, which initially looked stunning. However, it became clear that the contractor, Eric Sanders, had neglected to stain the fence as promised, leaving it vulnerable to the elements. Additionally, the gate was poorly constructed; instead of using appropriate gate latches, he opted for standard door latches that are not suitable for fencing, compromising both functionality and security. The issues only escalated when he began work on the interior of my home. He knocked down a wall as part of the remodel but did not follow through with his commitments afterward. While he managed to hang the kitchen cabinets, he completely disregarded my request for a walk-in pantry, instead installing an impractical corner pantry with shelves positioned well out of reach. He assured me he would address these concerns, but despite several follow-ups, he never delivered on that promise. We signed our contract in August 2023, with the expectation that my home would be finished by late November or early December. I paid him a substantial amount upfront, only for him to vanish entirely, taking my money and and my materials with him. like flooring and countertops--sitting in limbo. I had to purchase all of this material again. Toilets van. I hesitated to publish this review for a long time due to the emotional toll this situation has taken on me. He initially claimed he would provide a dumpster for construction debris, but no such service materialized, resulting in a large pile of trash cluttering my backyard. As costs mounted for me to rectify his failures and finish the job, I was still left with an incomplete project. To complicate matters further, Eric displayed an unpleasant demeanor, becoming rude and arrogant when I refused to provide him with additional funds until he completed the work satisfactorily. He abruptly abandoned the project, asserting that I would need to either pay more or compensate his workers directly. When I declined, he halted all work, leaving my home uninhabitable. I was forced to replace materials I had already paid for because he refused to return them, despite my owing him $1,800 for a poorly constructed porch that required immediate replacement due to safety concerns. In a threatening tone, he informed me that if I wrote this negative review, he would quickly place a lien on my house. My main priority was to make my home livable so I could finally move in. To add to the seriousness of the situation, he claimed he would acquire the necessary permits from the city to perform the work, but he never actually submitted any requests. This negligence led to a catastrophic situation in my kitchen, where I discovered that everything was wired to a single, inadequate 15 amp wire. I had to hire a licensed electrician to rewire my home to pass inspection for the electrical work, incurring further unexpected expenses. In summary, my experience has been incredibly frustrating, costly, and stressful. I emphasize this strongly: do not place your trust in this company. Eric Sanders is not a contractor you can rely on; he has scammed me out of a significant amount of money and left me without the necessary materials to complete the job he abandoned. BEWARE.
