Was supposed to come back the next day, I canceled a doctor's appointment to be available and he canceled on me. I ended up figuring out the repair on my own. He was supposed to give me an estimate for other work to be done on Monday and again no estimate and again a no show. Tony didn't return my text enquiries on Monday about whether or not he was coming. It's now 11AM so he's obviously he's not coming today. Another 3 hours of my life wasted waiting around. Tom did a great job installing my generator input box. I had purchased the box and shared on Yelp…read morethat I needed it hooked up to my panel and a process for how to lock out the PG&E input for safety purposes. Tom came out took a look and we discussed how he would do it, and he proceeded to install it and make quick work of the job. He left detailed instructions for the lockout so I could keep those inside the panel and have a copy in the house for reference. I'm very pleased with the work that was done and the way it looks on my house I highly recommend Tom.
