As soon as we reached out to Ray, he answered us SAME DAY! We were so grateful! We sent Ray a few photos and he quickly quoted us a fair price and scheduled a quick clean up. Our yard was in ROUGH shape, and Ray fixed it up better than it was when we moved into the place. He was meticulous and thorough, and he exceeded my expectations! Our yard is tough - all rocks and mulch and big bushes and weeds - but he really knew what he was doing and got it looking nice! He also hauled everything away, which was nice. Now I'm not embarrassed about the way our yard looks! We really appreciate Ray. I would 10/10 recommend Walker Lawn Service and will absolutely have him back!

I contacted the owner the very next day, explained the situation, and requested to be released. He spoke with me at length and said he would call me back--but never did. Despite multiple messages, I never received a response, and we were left stuck in the contract. To make matters worse, the contract auto-renews. It also took several requests before they finally provided us with a copy of the agreement. Based on my experience, I found this company to be unresponsive, untrustworthy and unethical. Sometimes you get what you pay for when you try to go with the least expensive vendor. Good luck if you choose to work with them. Additional note- I hired a good landscaper to come and re lay the turf that AAS had also poorly laid and they discovered when AAS laid the turf, they ran the drip line for the trees under the turf and put turf nails through it. Per the landscaper, "Either the last turf crew saw your drip line underneath the turf footprint and decided not to move it, or there lack of excavation depth failed to expose the line in their way. Laziness none the less and two of the turf nails are in the line. Could be why the ground was soaking wet today from running the drip line yesterday and possible an issue with water not getting to your last set of trees."

I called 2 years ago and hired Marc to help with spots my sprinklers were missing. He immediately…read morecame and was very friendly. He noticed I was using a couple of hoses and sprinklers around the yard to work on the spots. His pledge" going to make sure you never have to use the hoses again". Marc recommended changing out about 7 sprinkler heads and some pop ups were also changed for greater heights. The visit ran @ $450. Several weeks later I began to notice that the heads were not getting the job done and actually MORE spots than originally had begun to show. Marc suggested I extend my watering times and add a day. I did. Well they never really went away. We turned off the system for winter ( another $145). And decided we would get an earlier start next year to finally fix it. Well, Marc returned again this summer . He recommended 8 more new heads and also some additional Pop ups. We added more time to the sprinklers. 1 hour a zone 4 days a weeks. Anothe $409+ dollars. We had a streak of very heavy rain so not much to notice. However, as the hot dry season came I .....so did even more spots. This time even larger and more in number than when we STARTED. I sent several pictures to him. He explained to me that he doesn't come out to PARKER much so getting over would be difficult. I asked if he could come and ADJUST the heads. This was recommended by several neighbors. Marc responded with he was booked up and winter shut offs were booking fast. Long story short. $1000 later and I know I was Bag a bag of goods. The heads he replaced were just a way of running up the bill. A new person came over and explained that sumple using a tool to change the direction and distance was all that was needy. Also pointed out that my original low flow heads were superior and just needed adjustments. I want everyone to know that I gave Marc several chances to come and make this right. I have before and after pictures from this. YES, he is very nice, talking smiles.as HE RUNS UP THE BILL. I read reviews. All sounds good until their is a problem with his work. Then the real Marc shows. See he has grown to big to handle his clients and also been doing this too long. You can tell. Lost the hunger and drive to make customers happy. The biggest downfall of designing remotely is not having a contractor to refer to our remote design clients because as I'm sure you can imagine, things don't usually go to plan and corners get cut. High end custom outdoor living construction is expensive, it takes a while and it's stressful but if the communication between all parties is on point, the project is a breeze. We're happy to have aligned ourselves with Aspenwood. Our other projects in the area have been train wrecks due to contractors promising things they cannot deliver, overbooking themselves and most importantly horrible communication. This company has knocked it out of the park for 3/3 of our area projects and we're looking forward to the next one.
