I've run through many over the years and it seems like every time I find one I really like they are no longer in business the next time I need them. Fortunately, 303 Sprinklers seems to be doing well. Matt is super responsive to both seasonal and repair requests. I like the convenience of scheduling on-line and receiving text confirmations and service windows. He always shows up when he says he will, does good work, and stands behind it. I used 303 Sprinklers to replace my 23 year old pressure vacuum breaker assembly and Matt did a great job and charged a fair price. It seems like a small thing but they use a special machine to connect brass pipes instead of welding or soldering next to the house. 303 Sprinklers is my new sprinkler company! I called 303 sprinklers to resolve a system electrical problem. Matt had an opening and came to the site within a souple of hours. He looked over the system and was able to provide a clear diagnosis immediately. He rewired a valve in the manifold box after testing the controller box and also cleaned up other valve wiring outside. He then gave me recommendations to replace my 28 year control box-he stated box was still good! He was work was fast, fairly priced and looked excellent. Since 1993 I've been able to make any needed repairs to our sprinkler system myself but when 2 of the 4 - RainBird impact heads in one of my zones stopped rotating, I realized I needed help. I'm one of those who prefers doing things myself rather than trusting a complete stranger, but after many attempted "fixes", my frustration got the better of me. After reading lots of reviews from numerous sprinkler companies, I found 303-Sprinklers ....... and I'm very glad I did. I went ahead and filled out the service request form thinking that it would be days before I got a response. However, to my surprise, Matt responded the next day and said he could come by immediately if I was available. Once he arrived, it only took a few minutes to diagnose the problem and come up with a plan. At that point Matt explained what he wanted to do and we discussed the possible cost of moving forward. I very much appreciated the logical & thoughtful approach he suggested to keep the cost to a minimum and to disturb the least amount of existing vegetation. Once he got started, he quickly discovered the lines were pinched in multiple locations (not just one or two) by the roots from our 40ft blue spruce making "Plan A" unreasonable. At that point, I was afraid Matt was going to tell me the cost was going to increase significantly. However, after some quick creative thinking, he suggested "Plan B" and was able to complete the repairs pretty quickly without excessive digging ..... this was very much appreciated! When the replacement of a couple of impact heads turned into a massive tree root problem, my decision to call 303-Sprinklers was completely validated. If not for Matt's experience and creative thinking, I'm not sure how this would have ended. As we worked through the problems we kept discovering, I felt that Matt had my interests in mind every step of the way. I know he wanted a happy customer and that is certainly what he got. 303 Sprinklers was a lifesaver over the summer. I walked out to water leaking and realized I had the pipe connecting to my backflow leaking a good amount of water. In a panic realizing that's why my lawn had been looking lackluster @ the peak of summer heat I called around a couple of other places that told me there was a minimum 3 week wait time. I knew my lawn or water bill for that matter could not handle the long wait times and found 303 sprinklers. Matt answered immediately and asked me to text him photos of the leak so he could get the right parts in order to fix. Ours was a bit funky for him, but he managed to get it up and running in no time in the 100-degree weather. He talked myself and my husband through the process and even gave us knowledge on how these were installed. We were ready to have him replace all the heads, but Matt said absolutely not these all work great only replace the broken ones. We would've been wasting money.
